I don't think words can describe the experience when staying at the Fox caravan. The location is marvelous! You can enjoy both the sunrise and the sunset with everything you need for your stay. Literally everything, just take your personal stuff. Maria and Grigoris are the most wonderful hosts I've ever seen. They will take care of it all, including tips and tricks for the best local experience. The local fauna- the cat Vangelis and the donkeys are the little perks 😉

I loved it all! We'd already been looking forward to coming here and it exceeded all our expectations! The location and facilities were spot on and really thoughtful, but the real stars here are hosts Maria and Georgios. They gave us the warmest welcome and we felt like VIPs from the moment we arrived. Their love for their little slice of paradise really shines through and we were gutted that we couldn't stay longer. We will definitely be back! Ps. We were super chuffed to see the little fox too! 🤗

Avoid the place! Against my will, I had to take my 10-year-old son with me due to an unforeseen change in school schedule. We would have spent only one night and a few hours until our flight at the Fox Caravan, we were prepared, we also had a small inflatable bed, it could have been solved. The receptionist refused me surly and extremely rudely. I asked that at least one or two people could stay because it would be easier for me to find other accommodation nearby for the other one or two people. He firmly refused and even called the owner to convey his negative answer. When I asked to speak to the owner, they refused again, saying that I could complain to booking.com and already showed me the gate so I could go. The rule is the rule, they said and sent me on my way with a tired little child and the advice that I could complain to booking.com. I have been going to Greece on vacation every year for 20 years, but still I have never encountered such humiliating, rude treatment anywhere else in Europe than at the Fox Caravan.

“Slice of Paradise at the end of Afionas Penninsula”

First and foremost, the hosts, Maria and Georgios (and their 2 daughters) were amazing and made us feel at home as if we were family. We stayed 2 nights on 2-4th July 2025 and wish it had been longer! They catered to our every need graciously and with kindness and humor. They supplied a welcome drink and even left drinks for us to use in the Caravan fridge! We are so thankful and were sad to leave them as well as this beautiful piece of Paradise! Fox Caravan is a unique experience based in a breathtaking position on the edge of the Afionas Penninsula. Views directly to the sea surrounded by trees and nature. If you are lucky, you may see the resident fox, hence the name of the Caravan. A separate shower and toilet block sits next to the Caravan for your convenience and comfort. The Caravan is next to the track down to one of the most beautiful beaches of Corfu, Porto Timoni Beach, a double beach at the base of the Penninsula. Approximately an 1/2 hour walk down (cou t in 1/2 hour back) the steep rocky track, so take care and wear good closed shoes! The sunset is stunning!! from a lookout adjacent to the Caravan. The tiny village of Afionas was very quaint with a few nice restaurants. Maria and Georgios run a small Kiosk/Bar which is well stocked with drinks ice blocks and they can freshly cook tasty snacks for you. It would be a dream to visit again without hesitation! 🫶

Perfect location & accommodation and wonderful hosts!

It's absolutely beautiful here. The caravan is cozy, the owner is soo kind helped me a lot and made me feel at home. Would be better to come with friends or family, it's secluded here. Enjoyed my stay so much and there's everything you need in the caravan. Hope to visit again!

Lovely cozy Caravan with beautiful views to both sides. The Caravan is located directly next to a viewing point, from where you can observe the most stunning sunset, see pictures for proof ;) Maria and Georgios are lovely people and super helpful hosts, who gave us many valuable Tips about the region. We spent 3 superb days in Afionas and would definitely recommend staying at the caravan :)

Me and my boyfriend stayed in the caravan 4 nights and we wished we stayed more! The caravan is located on the top of the hill in the village of Afionas. The location is absolutely stunning! There is a double view on the sea and the coast that would make you feel like in heaven! It was an incredible experience to sleep up there and to wake up in that place. The caravan was super clean and provided with what needed and has a beautiful patio where you can relax! The owners were incredibly welcoming and made us feel like home! They have a bar/cafeteria just next to the caravan where you can get drinks and really tasty sandwhiches! :) Close there is one of the most beautiful beaches of Corfu, Porto Timoni! and there is another nice beach called S. George we would have loved to stay more but we will definitely come back! We highly suggest to choose Fox Caravan for your stay if you want to escape everyday life and live in nature!

Everything was perfect. Location and view from terrace amazing. Very comfortable, there is new bathroom close (two steps) to caravan. The owners friendly and helpful. I highly recomend this caravan ❤️ Also I was lucky and saw the fox 😎

The hosts were very welcoming, kind and generous from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. Beautiful location with a superb view from the deck and the caravan is only metres from the start of the path down to Porto timoni beach. There is also a lovely spot behind the caravan to watch the sunset. The caravan was well equipped with great air conditioning and we were able to cook meals using a small hob. There is also a new bathroom/shower block right next to the caravan. Would definitely stay here again!
