High in the mountains, at the entrance of the Golan Heights, the Etnachta Kibbutz Afik is an excellent base for travellers wanting to explore the exciting regions of Galilee and the Golan Heights. This peaceful kibbutz hotel is surrounded by lush gardens and features both rooms and chalets. Units are located on the ground floor and are equipped with satellite TV, en suite facilities, and a fully equipped kitchenette. Guests of the Etnachta Kibbutz Afik get discounted rates to Hamat Gader Hot Springs, located 30 km away. The lake of Galilee can be found at a distance of 15 km. Parking is plenty and free of charge. “Relaxed Kibbutz Stay”
The room was spacious and well equipped. The bathroom was modern and clean. The bed was big and comfortable. Self check-in was easy and convenient. The breakfast was diverse and provided in the fridge upon arrival.

Staff were super-friendly, room was excellent - it's not a new facility, but everything was very clean, very comfortable and just had a lovely feeling. And it was totally peaceful while we were there last week, so don't believe the headlines that 'the North is crazy'. We had one of the best times ever, just last week.

The hotel is very nice, the gardens are beautiful, plenty of space for the children and lots of nice views spots at the kibutz! Good breakfast. Keep in mind that there is no room service at all.

The Kibbutz is lovely and well kept and the cabins are clean and spacious and have everything that you need. There is a great view for sunset over the Kinneret. The pool is big and clean and most of the staff were friendly and accommodating.

“Good place!”
The location is okey, but you must trovel with a car! Really close to Hamat Gader, Some Coffee places and Wineries. Not so close to the Hermon.. So if you wanna travel early to Hermon go for norther places. This is on to of South Ramat Ha-Golan so look for the places you want to trvel and check if most of them at top or buttom - this is centeral place for top area but not so good for buttom area!

“The day we reached and the way we were treated had made our accommodation there bad…”
The receptionist girl in the first day has treated us so badly, she doesn’t know how to welcome guests after 3 hours being driving and tired, she doesn’t know how to speak properly, when we asked her for the manager she said she is busy and that she can’t deal with us after her job has finished. Although, we told her that we will give a review that show how we were treated, she said fo what ever you want, I don’t care.. The manager never call us back.
