Surrounded by a palm-tree garden, Princess Studios is located in Afiartis Village of Karpathos, within 400 metres from Makrigialos Beach. “Great stay. Basic but comfy”
The mattresses have recently been replaced and this has made a huge difference. Personally for me the most important thing is a good nights sleep and the new mattresses are super comfy.

“Basic but great value and well located accommodation”
It’s very well located close to the airport and windsurfing stations. The water pressure was good and there was lots of hot water. The owner is the most lovely women and really does her absolute best, she also changed the sheets and towels twice during my stay (7 days) which was very nice but in my opinion not necessary.

“Great little studios, amazing value for money just a shame the beds are uncomfortable”
The host is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The apartments are conveniently located for windsurfing spots in Afriatis. The rooms get a nice breeze but do not have air conditioning. There was plenty of solar heated hot water, a fridge and a kettle. Basic and good value.

Room was spotless,well equipped comfortable beds,great view's. A few minutes walk from the airport ( don't make the mistake I made and get a taxi it really is a short walk even with luggage) Good beaches nearby again a short walk.great taverna nearby . Would recommend getting a car or motor bike to explore the island from this location.

“Excellent location and owners support for windsurfers!”
Excellent location in Afiartis if you want to windsurf. A 5 minutes walk to Chicken Bay and 15 minutes walk to Devils Bay. Step off the main road, since the cars do not care about the pedestrians on the main road. The studio had an excellent front balcony for evening dinners or chillout! The windows should have a mosquito nets, but the did not have. The mosquitos appear only when there is no wind. Lucky for me if was strong during my stay. The owners were very friendly and I will visit again for sure! Great palm tree shade, super nice!

very convenient to airport. I walked there in five minutes. I rented a bicycle so got to see all the beaches in three days. close to some lovely beaches. lovely flowers in the garden. Helpful staff. Good value for money.

Location marked on Booking.com is wrong - studios aren't located above the Devil's Bay surf station, but rather 1 km away, just next to the airport. We had to walk to the surf spot quite a bit every day. If you plan to surf in Chicken bay only, this location is perfect.
