Catalina was very kind and welcoming. We were able to check in a little bit early and the house was very clean. It’s next to the road but there is only a little traffic. There is a supermarket next door as well as a nice restaurant. The beach down the road is lovely and with a car the whole island is around the corner. We loved our stay and would love to come back some day!

“Beautiful Karpathos villa”
What an excellent way to fall in love with Karpathos. Catalina was an excellent host and the villa itself was clean, spacious, comfortable and modern. Karpathos is a gem, and this spot puts you in a great place to travel the whole way around the island. The villa’s pool is fantastic, overlooking the ocean with great outdoor dining set up and lounge chairs. Cars weren’t frequent enough to be a bother for us and greenery out front has grown in to protect from noise or dust off the road.

“Relaxing with great views and well thought amenities”
I really enjoyed staying at Elite Luxury Villas, I was on the second floor and had beautiful sea views and a calm and relaxing couple of nights. The apartment itself is spotless and all the amenities provided are very thoughtful, you have everything you need in the kitchen and the extra blanket options were appreciated. Even though it is away from the main towns, it does not feel far away and the drives are stunning. You definitely need to rent a car to get around, though there is a shop and taverna with delicious homemade food within a few minutes walk. I highly recommend choose Elite, Catalina the owner is very responsive and helpful.

The Villa was indeed 10/10 !! deserve their name of “Elite” – indeed premium Villa, providing all you need for a perfect vacation and far better than any hotel I have experiences in Karpathos. A very close supermarket & a Taverna (both in walking distance !!) are completing the culinary part for a family or windsurfer who wants to really enjoy their vacations. The owners, Yannis & Catalina are great & friendly and are there to help with any request (I didn’t have any…). Go for it – it will make your holiday Elite! I’ll be back for sure 😊
