“Charming traditional German family hotel with faultless service”
A small family run hotel with lovely rooms and a good traditional restaurant. The mother was friendly and charming. I spent more time talking to the daughter who speaks excellent English. She is also perfect at customer service, mainly by just being herself. She is absolutely delightful, with a great sense of humour, and has real conversations not just small talk to please the guests. She is really lovely.

“Welcoming, lovely clean rooms with excellent food and hospitality, definitely would go again.”
The breakfast was really good, continental style with plenty of choice and friendly service from the family run hotel. (They have been running for over 50 years) Myself and my partner travelling with a couple of friends from the UK, were welcomed by the English speaking owner who made us feel very welcome. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and spacious. We had a lovely dinner the evening before, this was lovingly prepared by "Dad" the chef, and beer served by barmaid "Mum" we sat outside on the dining room patio to enjoy the view and ate our traditional German dinner along with other residents and local diners also enjoying their hospitality. Breakfast was served inside the dining room. The large dining room/bar was really quirky and homely, we would love to return in the colder months just to sit near the large open fires in the bar/dining area, and eat more lovely food having sampled sitting outside in the June sunshine.

“Worth a stop for the atmosphere, relaxation and food.”
Hotel off the beaten track, beautifully situated, peace and quiet. On-site restaurant with very tasty, varied and hearty dishes. Atmospheric rooms with very nice and modern bathrooms, cleaned daily. Fantastic and very nice service. Tasty breakfast - regional products, very good and various jams, cheese, cold cuts, fresh hot rolls, yoghurt, cake. A hotel worth recommending.
