Elia studios tick all the boxes for a wonderful, relaxing stay. The studio is great - adults upstairs and daughter downstairs so privacy for everyone. Beds are comfortable and kitchen has most things you’d need. The balconies are lovely and there was a breeze most of the time. 2 minute walk to the best (in our opinion) bit of the beach just out the bottom of the garden- no organised facilities or sun beds and with enough room for you and the few people who wander along from town, which is a 10 minute walk along the beach. Watch the ferries come and go, spot fishing boats chugging about and if you’re lucky, you’ll see Eleanora’s falcons flying overhead.

Yulie and George’s house by the sea was amazing! Gorgeous views of the bay and mountains and 1 minute walk through the gorgeous garden and you are at the beach. The quiet end. Tamarisk trees for shade if you need it and crystal blue waters. House has everything you need and everything has been thought of.. Great recycling/compost facilities, shutters to keep out the heat and even magnetic mosquito screens on the doorways! Lovely breeze coming through the house too, so you may not need the aircon too much! Efkharisto Yulie and George, you made us very welcome, with great advice and warmth. We will definitely be back!

A really nice and quiet place just on the border of Aegiali, you can reach the beach just through the garden in 2 minutes, and the first seaside cafes in 4 minutes. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thanks a lot!

“Ideal place to stay in Aegiali”

Loved everything about our stay. The apartment was even better than pictured. Well designed, nicely decorated, very comfortable mattress and linens. Everything you could need in the kitchen. We found the place very quiet and perfectly located just a short walk from the great beach and taverns. Several nice walking paths just outside the door also. The owners were so kind - available and super helpful if you had questions but also discreet if you prefer that. And the view from the upstairs balcony is incredible too (though I loved the rustic calm vibe of the downstairs patio too).

Yulie and her family welcomed us with open arms! They were wonderful, gave us lots of tips for Amorgos and cared for our well-being during our entire stay! In addition to this, the appartements we rented were in perfect condition and, importantly, were located very, very close to the beach! We've traveled many times to Greece but thanks to Yulie and the Elia Studios team this was a truly a special experience 😊

Even before our arrival Yulie, the host was very helpful. She organised a taxi for us from the harbour in Katapola to the accommodation and gave us a very warm welcome. The flats are not directly in the centre of Aigiali, but you can reach the town in about 10 minutes via the beach or the road. The location is incredibly quiet, you can only hear the sea and the rooster nearby. I was travelling with my mum and sister. The flat itself was ideal for the three of us: more than enough space, all the important kitchen utensils etc. were there, it was always very clean, the furnishings were very nice in our opinion and the view from the upper balcony was unbeatable. What we would also like to emphasise positively, because it is not a given: waste is separated and organic waste is collected separately and microorganisms are used for cleaning, among other things. All in all, our stay at Elia Studios was exactly what we needed - if we come to Amorgos again, we will definitely stay there again.

“Perfect”

this is the very first time I do a report on “booking” platform but it is worth to share our great time experience we had there. few days before our arrival in Amorgos , our host was taking about our transportation between katapola and aegieli . it is easily understandable that it was nice to get it as we were with all our luggages and that avoided us to manage buses or taxis transportations once arrived . the room , what I say the flat , is really nice . Downstairs you have a bathroom , a kitchenette, a living room with 2 beds . upstairs there is a second room with a second bathroom and a terrasse with an outstanding overview of the aegiali bay . just perfect to relax.actually all our stay was in the same mood . just couples of meters to reach the beach, just 10 minutes by walk through the beach to reach the typical center . People are kind , ( restaurant , shop bakery … ) far way from the bling bling style of others islands . our host were in the same mood and for sure for those who are looking for a peaceful atmosphere . this is the best place to be in Amorgos. we highly recommend it.

Really spacious and comfortable with two great terraces. The top terrace has a beautiful view of the bay. Lovely 10 minute stroll along the beach to all restaurants. Owners were very kind and gave great recommendations.
