The uniqueness and location

The personal touches like the eggs and English muffins were very sweet. We loved how private the yurt was and how everything was well stocked before we arrived (love the stack of firewood for the bonfire and fireplace).

11/10. The yurt is just as it looks in the photos. We loved everything about this place. I don't want to say too much as I don't want to spoil the moments and surprises for you, but suffice to say, if you stay here you won't be disappointed. BTW, there's no need to bring your own breakfast things, as the hosts provide muffins, eggs, and muesli for you (I don't think this is in the listing).

We absolutely loved our stay at the yurt at Little Grove in Adventure Bay. Mark was attentive without being intrusive, and the location is just beautiful, quiet, serene, and perfectly positioned to soak in the views. It really felt like a proper getaway-from-it-all detox. The yurt was thoughtfully stocked with breakfast items (fresh eggs from their resident hens and home made muesli) and basic kitchen essentials, right down to coffee and instructions on how to make a camp coffee and marshmallows to toast by the fire, which was such a lovely touch. The outdoor bath was a highlight, especially paired with the fire, a genuinely unique and relaxing experience. Everything about the stay felt intentional, cosy, and special and the yurt was toasty warm on the cool nights. If you’re looking for somewhere peaceful, memorable, and a little bit magical on Bruny Island, this is it. 🌿🔥🛁

The yert was beautifully made and decorated. Bath on the deck was great. Hosts left muesli, eggs, butter and muffins which was a nice surprise for our home-cooked breakfast.

Loved everything about the Littlegrove Yurt! So fun and unique! It had everything we needed and extremely comfortable and the views were superb. Loved that internet was intermittent-provided an opportunity to disconnect which was fantastic! Fabulous host - fast communication and responses!

We had an amazing stay at Littlegrove. The yurt was beautiful, cozy and warm with the most scenic view. Everything was provided for us right down to sleeping masks, stacks of firewood and eggs from the chooks - they didn’t miss a thing! The camp kitchen and the spacious en-suite were also a beautiful addition.

Littlegrove was the perfect spot for a little solo switching off tome. The Yurt was incredibly cosy and warm. Had the perfect balance of cleanliness and homeliness so settling in took no time at all. The connected kitchen and bathroom facilities were one of the reasons I booked this place above some other similar ones. So convenient and felt super safe being alone. The kitchen sink did spring a leak at one point but Mark, the property owner, was on it immediately.

It was so beautiful, the yurt was set up so well and the little personal touches like the names of their chickens who laid the eggs, I love those little details. We saw eastern quolls, so many paddymelons and possums. The bed was comfy, the bath was so beautiful.

In the way that staying with a good friend shows you something of their personality and leaves you feeling different, this place has a charm that a hotel experience doesn't provide. You can tell Jess & Mark have an experience they want to share and take pride in doing it well. The private outdoor bath, fireplace, farm breakfast ingredients, and hot drink selection are very thoughtful touches. I would recommend this experience to everyone, but for couples this is even more stunning.

Loved everything about the property! It’s exactly as advertised, if not better. The owners even gave us eggs from their own chickens (one was called saucepan). We can’t wait to come back.

Beyond the stunning interior, we really appreciated the attention to detail in the yurt setup and the thorough information provided before our arrival. The owners created a space that was incredibly cosy and comfortable—even on a cold winter night. The highlight of our stay was definitely the outdoor bath at sunset, surrounded by tons of wallabies and pademelons. We also loved the charming breakfast hamper filled with homemade goodies, enjoyed to the sound of beautiful local birds. A truly magical experience!
