Quiet and peaceful. Easy access lot the beach and nearby activities. Property was well appointed and comfortable, owners were on hand if required however absolutely did not intrude. Treats and information on local attractions completely appreciated. Would stay here again

Very homely and welcoming. Beautiful decor and exceptional linen. Everything you could possibly want was available. Heat pump was turned on before our arrival which made the property even more homely especially with the cold dismal weather we arrived in.

I think I slept in one of the most comfortable beds I have EVER slept in here. The house was warm and comfortable and although there is no fire, the host had the split system on warm for us for when we arrived so the house was nice and warm when we arrived. The little touches like the locally sourced provisions provided, coffee machine (coffee pods provided) was a lovely addition. The house provides a washing machine and dryer also (with laundry liquid) which was great since we had been travelling around and needed to wash some of our clothes. We didn't use the outdoor area or fire pit as it was a bit wet, but there is also firewood and fire lighting materials provided if you should wish to use the fire pit. Although it's not exactly overlooking the bay, there is a track down to the beach which isn't a huge walk and is lovely first thing in the morning. The road that the house is on is an alternative drive over to Allona (it is gravel and we did need to put our car into 4wd in the wet), but it's a lovely drive over the mountain with a few things to look at along the way and it has access to the mountain track.
