“Cheated out of my money”
If the property was as advertised, then I could say something positive. Unfortunately, the advertisement for the room I booked was false. They said it comes with a "well equipped kitchen" with a stove, but in reality it is just a microwave and fridge. They told me this when I arrived. I would never have booked it if I knew I wouldn't be able to cook anything. I tried to talk to them about it and asked for a refund. They refused. The agent at Booking tried to contact them on my behalf, they refused to engage. I'm now in the process of filing a case with the European Small Claims court. Photos of the ad are attached in this review, along with the response they gave me when I asked for a refund. They also said that if I arrived later than my stated arrival time, they would charge me €20 for every hour. All of this tells you about the character of the people you're dealing with here. Avoid.
