Overview
A classic 19th-century villa surrounded by a large garden in Admont, Villa Elisabeth is just 50 metres from Admont Abbey. Guests can relax in a sauna and on the terrace. Lovely village, stunning mountains all around. The room and the whole.place was clean and comfortable The staff were very welcoming and went over and above to help us getting to a train connection when all other taxi, bus, train options weren't available on a holiday weekend. Park cafe down the road was lovely too!

We didn’t even get to stay!! We turned up and the lady said ‘no we are full’ and tried to tell us to go to another hotel instead. But I insisted we had booked and paid for here and I tried to show her my reservation and she kept saying no no. Then I tried to show her the photos to confirm we were in the right place and she then refused to even acknowledge me. THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME, look at their google reviews and there are so many people it has happened to. It was the most bizarre experience and very unsettling.

“Nice place. Disappointed with staffing”
Nobody was at the property for us to check in. Nobody responded to calls, shouting and knocking at the door. After over an hour someone arrived to check us in. Said she was sleeping! Nothing further was done until we left when a person delayed us to complete tourist forms that should have been done the previous day. We did not get the rooms booked and had to settle for what was offers. From double with balcony and apartment with a view we got a family room and a basement room. Not impressed!

“Fantastic hosts, clean and cozy place and fantastic views on top”
Property is very easily reachable with the public transport and has amazing view on mountains. Also close to the hiking paths in Gesäuse. Absolute highlight though were the hosts who are very nice, relaxed and hospitable, one feels like visiting a family. Place is nice, quiet and clean and breakfast was very tasty. If I ever visit Admont again, I will book this place.

“Great place to stay in the centre of Admont”
Very well located, in the heart of Admont - with beautiful mountain views. Big and clean apartments with everything you may need. Helpful and friendly owners. Very good and diverse breakfast, additionally there is the fridge with cold drinks + coffee machine in a corridor, to serve yourself. Altogether, great place to stay in Admont, with the very reasonable price :)

“Feel like a Queen and stay at this property”
Absolutely fabulous… we really love this place. The staff are super nice, very caring and considerate. The decor is amazing, the beds are super comfortable, including the bedding. We had a huge bath in our room with candles around it … we felt like royalty. Thank you so much to the staff for their kindness and effort :) I would definitely recommend this wonderful place and would definitely stay again :) We found it accidentally when looking for a stopover … it was perfect and in a beautiful location too
