“Fantastic Hotel- Amazing Staff”

The hotel was really nice with very fresh and clean rooms. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The pool area and proximity to the beach are fantastic. Would absolutely stay again.

Breakfast was really good very close to the beach. All the staff were amazing, friendly, and courteous.

Our stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable. The staff were always friendly, attentive, and ready to help, which made us feel very welcome. The food was delicious and varied, offering something new to enjoy every day. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. The location is fantastic – just a short walk from the sea, which made our holiday even more relaxing. We would happily return and recommend this hotel to others.

Location of the hotel is perfect, the room was light and spacious enough for 3 ppl staying, it's clean and cozy. The food was fresh and testy with daily variety of the dishes for dinners. The restaurant is neat ad comfortable and the personnel is friendly.

We stayed here some time ago, so it was an obvious choice this year as well. Throughout the hotel it is evident that someone has thought about every detail. It's elegant, efficient and comfortable. We would love to return here next time. Breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant were excellent.

Very warm welcome by reception staff, lovely young lady wish I had got her name to mention her personally, a credit to the hotel as was the young lady in the restaurant at breakfast, very clean and extremely comfortable, quality food at breakfast ( can't comment on evening meal as went b&b) everywhere immaculate. Will definitely be looking to book again but for longer this time.

“Rich Cretan Hospitality Experience”

If I am traveling for my Birthday, I am always looking for a hotel with my name on - just for fun! This time it was Kathrin Beach Hotel - a setting of a few seafront living buildings, pool, bar, shop, and restaurant. We have booked 2 nights via Booking.com, and then 11 additional nights directly via reception. The hotel is designed for your total relaxation - all is taken care of, from A to Z. Delicious, rich dinners with a very gifted 5* chief (try beef stroganoff!) and amazing, lovely pool area were our favourites during the day. Perfect room cleaning (thank you, Ioanna!), perfect hygiene of all public areas, including toilets near the pool. All rooms have balconies where all guests look quiet happy. Neat beach with opportunities to play beach volleyball and do water sports (nearby). A well located ping-pong table right between the sea and the pool (ask tall curly young man named Edison to play with you!). A hotel's general manager - hearty Maria - is someone to whom you could address any concern - her kindness and wisdom allow you feeling your happiest and safest. In other words, a hotel highly recommended to all who can't be bothered with any daily routine. A cozy, but spacious place with its character and traditional Cretan touch. Memorable and unforgettable start for anyone who wishes to discover Crete, as well as a perfect point for excursions and long walks along the sea (special shoes for stone walking sold cheaply in the hotel's supermarket). Indeed, Kathrin Beach is a hidden treasure near Rethymno Town! Many thanks, and all the best to All!

“I recommend this hotel”

The hotel is great! Rooms clean, neat, very well equipped and lit, bathrooms are modern. Meals very good and fresh, there is a large choice of breakfast and dinner. But something I will definitely remember is the friendly staff who will help you with any problem. Need to rent a car to the airport? Of course, they will ask everything to a nearby rental company and you get a ready answer. Want to eat a Gecko delicacy? No problem! The lady at the front desk will point you to the 3 best restaurants in the area! Need to eat breakfast faster because you're going on an organized tour early in the morning? What's the problem? We will arrange it 🙂 We had a lot of questions and each was taken seriously, with a smile on our face. I am delighted with the Katherin Hotel and I love Cretan!

I liked the location and the beautiful view

Everything was perfect. We were a group of friends and the hotel exceeded all our expectations. The room very nice, big and very clean. The view it's amazing and the staff are lovely.

It was amazing holiday - the food in the hotel was really tasty (Greece cuisine is one of the best), the hotel personal are very kind (actually all greek people, I've met, were very friendly), the room was really comfortable. And most important, that the beach zone is next to the hotel, also 2 or 3 supermarkets are really near (100-200 metres from the hotel). I would really like to visit this place again - it is super!!! 10/10
