“Unbelievable stay and host :)”

First of all Kostas is a great host. Always on hand if and when required and arranges a cleaner every 3-4 days or your stay to keep on top of the pool and anything around the house which is a nice touch. He gave us a ton of recommendations in and around Rethymno which was helpful too. Also big plus was he arranged a taxi at short notice to go to Sfakia (south of the island) and back at cheaper prices than the local taxi firms had quoted. The villa is even better than pictured if you can believe it with some changes outside for the better in my opinion. We stayed as a group of 4 (2 couples) and it suited us perfectly. The outside area is great, we chilled out, drank and ate bbq on multiple days as you get the sun all day! Inside is also super nice with the kitchen being recently renovated too with espresso machine, excellent oven and stove and everything else toaster, grill etc.. The town is only 10 min walk to get a nice coffee in the morning or to some of the nearby restaurants though is up and down the hill.

The host couldn’t have been more helpful and we really appreciated the extra touches he made to make the stay even more special, such as the fully stocked fridge and cupboards and the thoughtful parting gift. The villa was super clean and had everything you could possibly need. It’s peaceful and private and has a beautiful view of the sea and surrounding olive grove. I would definitely recommend!

Fantastic facilities, location but most importantly the hospitality from Kostas and the attention to detail. Kostas was our host and he helped with all our requests about the surrounding area. There is a fantastic pool that overlooks the sea with a great area to BBQ. Inside the living spaces are completed to a high standard and make villa living a delight.

Really perfect welcome, host so kind and attentive. Nice home, well equiped and confortable. Swimming pool with sea view surrounded by olive trees was magic

“Awesome Villa / Awesome Host”

Kostas the owner is always there for you if needed. He even filled the fridge for us on first day. The Villa is amazing. Located in the mountains in the middle of olive trees. No direct neighbors - so no complaining if you like to party. Pool is big enough and was refilled from Kostas during the half of our vacation. It's nature, so cicadas make some noise during the day and early evening. For us it wasn't annoying, it was relaxing. 10 out of 10 for the Villa. 15 out of 10 for guest service by Kostas.

“Luxurious house with private pool and amazing views”

Fantastic place with private pool. Kostas is a lovely host, very sweet and thoughtful with suggestions and went over and above to make us feel at home. He was there to meet and show us the place, had stocked the fridge with cheese, eggs, milk, juice and even gave us Raki and olive oil presents on the way back. We had a lovely time and didn’t want to leave!

A very cozy villa for a family or small group vacation. It has everything you need starting from the equipment inside finishing the view outside. And the host Kostas is super nice and helpful with an assistance in a case of any question.

“Beautiful villa with amazing views and an incredibly attentive host”

We had an incredible stay and Gramvella resort the week leading up to our wedding. The location was amazing and the villa was so beautiful. It had everything we needed and we had an incredibly relaxing time enjoying views of the sea and surrounding olive grove. The main highlight was Kostas and his wonderful hospitality and service. He was always on hand to offer assistance and went above and beyond to make our stay special. We can’t wait to stay again!

The villa had everything we wanted and more. Great location, good sized pool, beautiful clean accomodation and the host Kostas went above and beyond for me and my family. He had breakfast set aside for us for the morning after we landed as he knew we would be arriving late, gave us some great recommendations on what to do and where to go and left us some fresh pastries every time the villa was cleaned. He even gave us a going away present on our last day. Even by the standards of an island known for its hospitality, the service we experienced at Gramvella was exceptional. Looking forward to returning again some day.
