From the moment we arrived, our stay was absolutely exceptional. The hotel itself was stunning, beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and incredibly welcoming. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary welcome snacks and a bottle of wine in our room on arrival, which was such a thoughtful touch and immediately made us feel valued and cared for. We were celebrating my partners birthday during our stay, and the staff prepared a beautiful cake and presented it in the room for us whilst we were at breakfast. Every single member of the team was so friendly, warm, professional, and genuinely attentive throughout our stay. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would not hesitate to return or recommend it to others. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable.

“An incredible hotel”

I can’t recommend this hotel enough! It is definitely 5*. The staff, especially Spyros was incredibly friendly. Our room was spotlessly clean and the cleaning team amazing. The place is incredibly stylish, and comfortable. Beautiful sunloungers and some fabulous cocktails. Will definitely return.

“Amazing”

Everything is very well thought through. The location is right on the beach and the hotel is easily accessible by car (which they park for you). The hotel staff are all lovely and very welcoming, they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The hotel and room are both so pretty and you feel the luxury of it in the details, like ambient lighting and automatic curtains. Also the food at both breakfast and dinner was so fresh and delicious, with a wide variety of things to choose from each day.

“Lovely food, luxurious sunbeds”

“One of the best boutique hotel experiences I’ve had in the last years”

We loved everything about our stay at Uzenie Hotel! From the first day it felt so easy and comfortable to be there: the staff are just amazing, always smiling, super friendly and ready to help with anything. Upon arrival we were told that the best thing about the hotel is the people working there and I couldn’t agree more. Our room with a private pool was perfect. Big, clean, stylish, everything is new. The whole hotel looks new and it feels really nice just to walk around. The food was great as well, both breakfast and dinner buffets were so tasty with lots of choice. Honestly the best food we had on the island was here at the hotel restaurant haha The beach is beautiful and very clean. We also tried yoga in the morning by the sea and it was such a cool experience. You can tell the hotel does everything to make guests happy. After this stay we went to another 5 star hotel in Crete and it was not even close to Uzenie. This place is really special and one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. If you can book it, do it.

“The most wonderful hotel and exceptional staff”

We have just returned from our 4 night stay and we cannot fault a single thing. Other than being absolutely beautiful with a focus on wellness, what makes Uzenie so special is the staff. Every single member of staff was attentive, kind and gave exceptional customer service. We celebrated my fiancés 30th birthday here and although we usually avoid returning to the same place, Uzenie is somewhere we could return every year. The food at the buffet for breakfast and dinner was of fantastic quality- much better than your average hotel buffet. Nothing was too much to ask for and we cannot thank you all enough for the most wonderful experience.

An absolutely wonderful place with exceptional service and delicious food. Everything was perfect from start to finish.

Restaurant location excellent near pool and the beach. Menu food unfortunatelly the same from one day to another, maybe if they will alternate at copuple of days will be better. They have greek yogurt and honey every day ÷ yummy.

“Best Hotel appartment on Crete”

The best location and staff you could ask for. Everything super clean, daily room service. Direct private beach - which is also great for snorkeling. Stunnung view from the bedroom and balcony on the sea, including sunsets. The staff really made a difference - thank you Yannis, Nico and the team!!!
