Her husband who understood that we were right and was reasonable enough to offer us another studio. Clearly And very Unfortunately, the ill-tempered rude and arrogant woman seems to be the boss. I also blame booking.com for not giving enough suitable information such as floor number and if the property is fully airconditioned or just in the bedroom AS in summer the tremendous heat is extremely insupportable.
