Extremely nice, professional and helpful staff of the hotel - always smiling. They dealt kindly with our every little situation! Food was very good and diverse, a lot of drinks included in the all-inclusive. Private beach (free of charge sunbeds and towels). Beach was very confortable and directly at the hotel. Free access to high quality internet and late check out depending on availability.

What is not to like! I stayed in June. The airline changed my flight a day early and the hotel was able to accommodate us. The staff were extremely helpful, especially Christina. I would definitely return to the Adele hotel

Whoa. Absolutely impressed. It started with small gestures from the personnel (e.g., Ms. Christina at the reception desk would not let us check in until we had lunch / the restaurant closing in 20min). Then the location (get out of your room to step straight into the sea, or pool). Then the family-friendly atmosphere; the facilities; and the proximity to both the airport and Rethymno + Chania. And then again, the personnel: always smiling and willing to help, so one always feels welcomed and supported. Bottom line: we're super-happy and eager to return!

The staff was incredibly nice. The hostel looks clean and new. The rooms are very close to the pool, the restaurant and the sea. The buffet food was very good, diversified and changed from a day to another. It's a quiet place, perfect to relax. We wish we'd stayed longer.

This was our first time staying in Adele Beach Hotel, we had all inclusive package, and we have staid here just under a week. Unfortunately, we can’t recommend this hotel to anyone and in our opinion the hotel is overrated and we definitely will not stay here again. The rooms are new and it seems that they have been renovated recently, with air conditioning and a balcony. Unfortunately, the hotel policy is to clean the rooms every second day, this I not acceptable! as you can imagine they will become very messy quickly considering this is a beach hotel and you always get sand in the room. If you are interested in staying here with kids don't! Choose another hotel! Overall the hotel is tidy and clean. The staff are very professional and friendly, will go over and above to help you with anything you require, considering they are overworked and understaffed they are still professional and friendly. Special thank you to Christina in reception. The food is awful and tasteless, the chef should be shot, as he is just wasting the food as it all goes strain in the rubbish bin. What a waste! Don't worry it is not all doom and gloom, the hotel had a fantastic beach with breathless sunsets and sunrises that you will enjoy while having breakfast or dinner(if you can call it food). The hotel has a lovely Reception terrace that you will enjoy having a cold drink or two after a hot sunny day. The tours on the island are very well marketed. First thing most of the tours will start 7:30am and will finish 19:00 as drives to them are long and exhausted. Don't waste your money and time on them as you will be quite disappointed 🙁. It will be best to get a private catamaran as they due small groups that will go around the island and you can experience bountiful scenery and water activities. The hotel is over rated and is a 3 star hotel at best, the staff are friendly and helpful that is the only good thing about the Adele Beach Hotel.

Good location. Sandy beach(even though there were big stones in the water they were smooth) I think the best in the nearby area. I loved that swimming pool and beach were near by and there were enough sunbeds on the beach so we didn't need to worry about going there later. Beach towels provided. The food was really good. Strong wifi.
