Lovely staff...very informative...bed was very comfy and heating worked very well. Food at the Chrysler bar was lovely too. And was very convenient for us to take our car for servicing.

“The team at the Tonsley (bar, restaurant and hotel) were all friendly and welcoming.”
Amenities were nearby. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Had to shorten our stay suddenly and the hotel team were quick to offer a refund for the days not stayed where most would say too bad, assumed automatically we’d just have to forfeit so I was surprised and thankful. Would happily stay again.
