Very friendly and helpful staffs. Travel with my elderly dad with walking difficulty and use wheelchair, let the hotel aware early, make check-in very simple, quick and support us with the room, we was given the room closest to the lift and on the lowest floor, for my dad ease of walking. The room was spacious and comfortable. Thank you very much Quest Mawson Lakes for making our family stay a comfortable and enjoyable one.
