Great location, nice sea view with easy access to restaurants and Main Street of Glenelg and sitting right on front of beach. Lounge room and balcony were big size and all ammenities in kitchen supplied. Good sized fridge. Television good size but had trouble connecting to Netflix and UTube, however within an hour assistance was given by staff to connect to our own mobile data. Shame about TV in bedroom not working as love to lie in bed and watch TV while partner watches his own show. Apparently they are taking them out. Pool was good size and OK spa and sauna. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Had to pay an extra $95 for car park which was disappointing as didn’t realise this until we arrived. Very clean and upgrading conditions as was in process of painting walls. Nice and quiet in rooms which was wonderful. Bath and shower were standard and standard supplies of shampoo, conditioner and body wash only.

“Very upset first eveninng room insect scare late sleep first day and no night tv see above.”
The staff did not warn me about night insects I am interstate was not aware I left the screen door open and the room filled with insects on the walls and a giant teasingly flew in I had to wait for staff to come dispose the teasingly and bring insect spray which I could not stay in the room. The staff did not wipe down the kitchen bench of insects next day as advised my manager night before. It was a late night with the insect ordeal also the tv in my bedroom only had 1 channel set on football so I couldn't watch any tv due to insect spray in tv room.

The facilities are fantastic and the beachfront location is amazing. Everything you need at your fingertips, with the tram station a 2 minute walk for east access to the City.
