absolutely vile experience. i extended my stay and somehow housekeeping still completely emptied and cleaned my occupied room while all of my belongings were still inside. i came back after an already traumatic medical day to find every single thing gone and the room reset like i never existed. staff admitted the room had been cleaned out by mistake and eventually returned some of our belongings, but multiple personal items were still missing including my earrings. despite repeatedly asking for help, nobody took accountability and i was treated like an inconvenience for being upset that my belongings disappeared because of THEIR mistake. the complete lack of professionalism, empathy and accountability from this hotel is honestly disgusting. i have never felt so unsafe, dismissed and disrespected by staff in my life. if you stay here, do not trust your belongings to be safe in your room apparently even extending your booking is not enough to stop housekeeping from clearing out all of your possessions.

absolutely disgusting experience. i extended my stay and somehow housekeeping still completely cleared out my occupied room while all of my belongings were still inside. i came back to find the entire room emptied and cleaned as if i had checked out. while some items were eventually returned, multiple personal belongings are still missing including my earrings. staff kept denying they had them and the entire situation was handled horribly from start to finish. instead of resolving the mistake properly, we were made to feel like a problem for being upset that our belongings disappeared after their error. the stress this caused was unbelievable, especially after already having a difficult medical day. there was no care, no accountability and no proper attempt to fix what happened. i have never felt so uncomfortable, dismissed and stressed at a hotel before. if you stay here, keep your valuables with you at all times because apparently extending your booking does not stop your room from being cleared out.
