Great location, on-site parking, excellent communication, lots of little extra touches making it feel like a home away from home. Walking distance to the beach, cafes, restaurants, bars, supermarkets. Bus stop just near apartment if needed. Quiet room even at busy time of year.

Location was perfect!!! Ground floor made it easy to access and complex was quiet.

Where can I give this property -100 points? Reservation made 3 months in advance. On the day of check-in, the Booking app was still showing the reservation as confirmed and the check in at 2:00, but when we called the hotel, we were told that our booking had been cancelled and given to other guests, without any notification whatsoever. We were left without accommodation on the same day, forcing us to find last-minute lodging, with everything in the area fully booked. A complete lack of professionalism and respect for guests.

It was the accommodation I wanted and thought I'd booked in the first place. ( except for the issues with booking. Com . ,who mucked it up) Fantastic location on ground floor too as I had needed. The studio was beautifully appointed and everything you needed for the stay. The bed was heaven , the best I'd ever slept in . Comfort ++++ Manager, was excellent helpful and excellent customer service.skills. Helping and making checking in easy for me .I absolutely loved my stay at Glenelg studios , excellent accommodation. I will be recommending this stay to everyone. Thankyou Marrisa
