Two bedroom appartments.

I was well received by the staff but poorly treated by some members of the staff. First I asked for my room to be cleaned , it was not done. Secondly, I tried to extend my booking via booking.com after staying there for 4 days, I was debited and I came to meet the staff she confirmed it had not reflected in their system. When I came back from work that evening and tried to talk to the night staff Steve, he rudely told me that he can choose not to allocate a room for that night. He coerced me into paying another money making me uncomfortable.

We didn’t have the breakfast during our stay. The location was great which was why we selected the same hotel as a few years ago.

The location was good, on the somewhat lively street. Hotel property felt safe and secure. Reception was active and attending. Overall the hotel was very calm, clean and not too noisy.

The location of the hotel was very central and convenient. That is the best that can be said. On the first morning I had a cold shower due to some overnight issue and the boiler wasn't on. We had issues leaving the carpark one day due to a broken front gate. Another day we asked for our rooms to be made-up, to discover they hadn't and we needed to ask for fresh towels. I drew the short straw and had to sleep on the fold out couch, which was appalling. I spent 4 nights sleeping with a spring lodged into my lower back and hip. The rooms were clean, however they were old and unappealing. We stayed on the ground floor and it was noisy with people coming and going. The restaurant was the worst part of all. We sat for over 45 mins waiting and we still had received no breakfast, drinks or service at all. The restaurant was not busy and the few other patrons also had no food. The only two staff at the restaurant had poor English skills, and were difficult to understand and communicate with. We attempted to order x5 breakfasts and 1 coffee and left with nothing almost an hour later.
