“The best stay I've had in Adelaide...wish I'd stayed here sooner and longer”
Literally cannot nitpick. Amazing friendly service desk, the smiles, the ease and quick and lucky early check in (12pm instead of 2pm, I was lucky), superb cleanliness, the price, the location, scent in the air (really lovely, diffuser I reckon) literally everything...cannot nitpick a single thing. Amazing beds, amenities, everything...I could go on. For the price, it was superb. They even called regarding some clothes I left in the washing machine after check out and I told them it's fine, donate it...they insisted they would hold onto them over the weekend in case I change my mind. Ironically, they let me go back into the room after I checked out as I had a feeling I left something behind...didn't find the clothes, I was looking for something else, luckily I have it already packed but each of the 3 different people working at ther service desk that I met and interacted with were super lovely. Truly Truly amazing service...wished I could stay longer...

Staff are fantastic and very understanding. My room was a delight, able to watch the sunrise on the balcony. Bed was comfortable and was able to sleep well.
