Exceptional Honesty and Outstanding Service I would like to sincerely thank the entire team at the Mantra Meridian Hotel for their exceptional service and honesty. During my stay, I accidentally left behind a very valuable ring. I was extremely worried when I realized it was missing. Thankfully, a member of the housekeeping team found it and immediately ensured it was safely returned to me. I am incredibly grateful for the integrity, professionalism, and kindness shown by the staff. The team went above and beyond to help me recover something that has great sentimental and financial value. Thank you to the housekeeping team and everyone involved in helping return my ring. Your honesty and dedication truly made a stressful situation much easier, and it speaks volumes about the wonderful people working at this hotel. I highly recommend the Mantra Meridian Hotel and would happily stay here again. Thank you again to the entire team! ❤️

Everything provided was more than satisfactory. Impressed to find a little more in offer in the room, such as toaster, bottled water and cleaning facilities in small kitchen area. Room was spacious., clean and comfortable. I was unaware that car parking was gated after a certain time in the evening, which was added bonus and felt my vehicle was safe overnight. Was pleasantly surprised to find I had a balcony and a bath tub.
