We stayed at the villa with our family and our friends (another family) from 10/11 to 17/11, and everything was truly wonderful. The villa is spacious and very comfortable, with a huge living room and a well-equipped kitchen. The bedroom layout is perfect for families: two lovely double bedrooms upstairs with a shared bathroom, and one very large bedroom on the ground floor with two double beds and a spacious private bathroom. Our favourite part was the beautiful roofed terrace with a big round table – perfect for relaxing, eating together, and enjoying the evenings. The pool was also a fantastic bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable.

The location was perfect for us we walked to the beaches & used the local supermarket We particularly enjoyed the pool & the family room where we sat & ate altogether & played cards some evenings

Loved the design of the property and the size perfect for 5 adults. On suite bathroom was huge with great shower. Pool lovely good size. Supermarket near by within about 5 minute walk plus a McDonald’s & Starbucks with a few places to eat.

We where met by the host and showed the villa. It's a very spacious house with a great outside area. The pool was great and was used heavliy. The kitchen was big and accommodated all our needs. Good BBQ outside that was used every day. Host was extremely responsive. This is a very spacious and a great place to bring your family where everyone has their own space.

First time in a villa and we had a Fantastic stay at this villa it certainly lived upto expectations, beautiful Modern spacious and clean it smelled amazing! We stayed here for 10 nights at the end of may with our 3 young children the villa is so well equipped for us the rooms are very big and beautiful large flat screen tv in every room with wifi and Netflix, the pool area was fab very private, with a good amount of sun loungers, the doors all lock in a way children couldn’t open them unless an adult helps which was a massive plus for us as I did worry about our youngest being able to get out but the villa is so secure felt very safe staying here! we especially enjoyed the freedom of everyone having their own room and space and the air con was perfect downstairs! the outdoor BBQ was a hit we found a butcher in the shopping centre just a 5 mins walk from the villa and the meat was absolutely delish anyone staying should definitely give it a try you won’t be disappointed! The location of the villa wasn’t too bad either if you come out the villa and round corner you’ll find a shopping centre with McDonald’s, Starbucks, soft play, supermarket and a good few restraunts and upstairs there is an entertainment complex, we found if you walked trough the centre and across the hill you come to a street with bars and restaurants and keep walking down and you hit Fañabe beach takes around 10/15 mins. Aqua land is about a 20 min walk or you could grab taxis pritty easily and there is a bus stop right outside the villa with buses going to los cristianos, our host was absolutely spot on he was so welcoming and helpful nothing seemed to much trouble for him even allowed us to stay abit longer due to a late flight which with 3 young kids was such a help, he’s on hand though WhatsApp when ever you need him. We would absolutely return to this villa without hesitation

The villa is based in a perfect position that everything is 5-10 mins away. Inside the villa is beautiful and accommodated 5 of us perfectly. We really did not have anything to complain about during our stay.

Ione is an excellent host, while we had a few issues on arrival he sorted them all immediately to our satisfaction. Our only issue was, the Villa is on a noisy, busy road which we were not expecting !

Apartments were lovely and clean. Tv's all had netflix. Pool was a bit cold but we were there in February. Fantastic accommodation. Host was great and accommodating. I would have no hesitation booking the villa again. A 15/20 minute walk to beach in adeje.

“Exceptional Villa 😍”

This is our 2nd year in a row staying at the villa and honestly we really wouldn't look to stay anywhere else anymore and are already planning next years return. The villa is beautiful, spacious and equipped with everything you could need and more. Plenty of space outside with loungers to enjoy the sun from every angle! X-sur shopping centre/Supermarket/mcdonalds a mere 5min walk away - it's a little further out from the main strip but it only takes around 25mins to walk down and the extra walk is so worth the peacefulness this villa offers!

“Excellent, will definitely return”

The location of the property was great for us. It’s around a 20 minute walk to the beach with lots of bars and restaurants. We loved how spacious the villa was & the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing in the sun. The host was brilliant, check in was hassle free and he provided his contact details incase we needed anything throughout the stay. He also booked us a return taxi to the airport which was really appreciated. We had a great family holiday at Villa Namaste & would recommend to anyone.
