Loved the villa, rooms were spacious, comfy beds, location ideal. Pool was a great size, we would have liked it cooler but thats a personal preference. We would defo book again.

Beautiful villa with everything you could need. Pool was the perfect size for 4 adults and plenty of sun loungers. Short walk to shops, lovely restaurants nearby and to the sea front. Our host Matteo was excellent throughout the stay & showed us around on arrival. Would definitely book again!

Lovely modern, clean and spacious villa. Fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool was excellent, kids really enjoyed it. The villa is in a great location just 5 mins walk down to the beach front. The host was lovely met us on arrival and showed us around the villa. The villa had air con throughout which was excellent

Location ideal 10 mins to the beach ...local shops were great all very convenient...house had everything you would need to cook and basics like salt sugar tea dishwasher tablets laundry detergent ...our host Sara was lovely .... a problem sorting the television easily solved and tripped the power also easily solved ..

Sara met us on arrival and she was lovely and helpful . The villa is spacious and immaculately clean . Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you needed. Outside area is great with a gas barbecue aswell . There was work going on at the villa next door but it didn’t bother us at all . Shops and restaurants nearby .We will definitely be back for another visit ❤️.

The villa was perfect in every way. It was close to all amenities all within a 5-10 minute walk. It was quiet even though it was central. The outdoor area was perfect for our children (10 and 12). It was big enough for them to enjoy themselves and for us to be able to see them at all times. It was really clean and we had everything we could need. I would 100% look to stay here again.

Hosts were great always checking in via text , villa was clean and modern. Walking distance to supermarkets and restaurants .Definitely recommend

Having a pool with our own sunbeds to ourselves was wonderful. Aircon in the bedrooms was also great. The villa was in a very quiet location, despite being a short walk from bars and shops.

We had a lovely stay at Villa 12, Sara was there to meet us and show us everything we needed to know and was availbale on the phone if we had any other queries. There was a bottle of wine, bottle of water, biscuits and also a bag of ice in the freezer for our stay which was very appreciated. It was our first time to stay in a villa with our own pool and the pool was heated which was fab. I could not fault anything in the Villa, it was walking distance to supermarkets, bars and restaurants. We also used the BBQ at the villa a couple of times. There was a 2 day strike of hotel workers during the week we stayed so we were glad we had decided to stay in a villa. Our daughter is 14 and too young for adult only hotels but too old for kiddie hotels so we decided to try a villa with our own pool instead. We will definitely be going with this option again. I would highly reccommend Villa 12. Thank you Sara and Matteo.

Absolutely gorgeous. We had the best time as 2 couples with 2 babies, would recommend for any new family as a chance to have a break somewhere sunny and safe and clean.

The property was clean & bright with everything you could need available. It smelt lovely on arrival. Stayed as a family of 5, 4 adults & 1 teen. Never stayed in a Villa before & wanted to compare to a hotel. Although not huge the pool was a fine size to splash around & room for lilos. No fighting for sunbeds..huge bonus. Great location, walking distance to bars, beach & restaurants. Supermarket only a couple of minutes down the hill. Would stay again & would recommend . Very secure & could open out patio doors to bring the outside in. We had a really great stay. The host was very friendly & on hand if you needed her.
