Good value for money in an expensive Costa Adeje. Townhouse was super clean and in great condition. Pool in the complex was also well maintained, clean and cosy. 5 min walk to a local big shopping mall and 20 min walk to the beach.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and had everything you could need. The apartment was very spacious and there was plenty of room for our group of 6. The terrace at the front is a sun trap which was great.

The apartment was lovely and well equipped with everything, very comfortable and in a great location. The pool was a great bonus, a quiet area close to everything, I would highly recommend.

“Perfect family holiday”

We have just returned from a fantastic 14 night stay at this property and WOW. The house far exceeded our expectations. It is modern and spacious and was absolutely spotless, smelt lovely and clean on arrival. Loads of towels provided including ones for the beach and the pool. WiFi, air-conditioning everything brilliant. The pools are amazing and so so quiet. It felt like our own private pool and in the summer holidays too! A 10-15 minute walk down to the beach and the centre of costa adeje. The X-Sur centre right on the doorstep with supermarket, shops, eateries and even a cool play area for the kids called the jungle and a mcdonalds next door. The host Oleg was fantastic and even arranged an earlier check in for us at 1pm after and early flight with 2 young kids at no extra cost. We loved everything about the house, it was so luxurious and comfortable a real home from home. Would definitely come back.

The property was clean and very well equipped with a modern quirky design. The outside garden space was fantastic and the communal swimming pool was nice.

I liked everything! The property is located close to the highway exit and entrance. It wasn't noisy, during nights we slept with the balcony door completely opened. It is located 5 min walk from Mercadona where you can buy all the groceries you need for cooking and do other shopping as needed. There is also a nice food court and other restaurants close to the location. The beach is not far, like 15 min of walk. The house is nicely decorated, the kitchen has all the necessary appliances for breakfast and other meals. There are a lot of places where you can socialize with the family or friends: around the kitchen island, in the living room while watching Netflix on the large TV, on the two terraces, one of them completely covered or in the pool area. The bedrooms had very comfortable beds, new bed sheets and nice smelling. All the rooms have air conditioning for hot days. Bathrooms were also nice and each of them had showers. The host was very nice and they welcomed us with some cold beers. They showed us the property and informed us about the house rules.

We liked it very, cozy, comfortable, spacious. Everything for cooking, coffee making there, xl size fridge, welcomed us with a couple of beers 🫶🏼 At the pool where only us, and some time some few others, but, maybe because of timing. perfect, for sunbathing and swimming. Everything so clean! Pets are not allowed there, so, everything clean. But at the pool you can hear the neibourhood doogs sometimes 😎 Good location Everything near, Mercado. On the other side of house is very good restaurant, more locals are going there, so no touristico place. Very good meet place👌🏻

The house had everything you could possibly want and need. it was v comfortable and the bedrooms were a good size. There were plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. It is a 15 min walk to the sandy beach. There were plenty of towels in the house and a safe. The house and surrounding area was v clean and felt v safe.

The living areas are bright and airy, and the outdoor space, with its private terrace and garden, was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The location is ideal—quiet yet close to all the attractions Costa Adeje has to offer, including stunning beaches, restaurants, and shops. It’s the perfect spot for those who want to enjoy a peaceful retreat while still being within easy reach of everything. What truly made this stay exceptional, however, were the hosts. They were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. From offering great local recommendations to ensuring the townhouse was stocked with everything we could possibly want, their attention to detail was remarkable. They truly made us feel at home, and it was clear that they take great pride in providing a top-notch experience for their guests. Overall, this townhouse in Costa Adeje was a fantastic choice for our vacation, and I would absolutely stay here again. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality!

The house was super clean and very comfortable. Great attention to detail, all the little things were there for example dishwasher and washing machine tablets as well as extra towels for the pool and beach. Beds had memory foam mattresses and super comfortable.
