The hotel was far better than we expected. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-designed. The main pool was excellent—heated saltwater at around 25°C, which was perfect for this time of year (end of April). The staff were very friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is fantastic, especially if you enjoy walking along the coast, as we do. We also really liked the “Seen” restaurant in the hotel—it has a great atmosphere and excellent food. We ended up dining there two or three times during our stay.

The rooms the grounds the pools the breakfast were fabulous such a wide choice of food . Staff were so helpful always so cheerful greets everyone with a smile. Cleanliness was a very high standard and the beds were so comfortable.

The staff were, without exception, excellent. From reception to the restaurants to the spa and the cleaners they were all friendly, helpful and efficient. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. The hairdryer was a proper one that worked with excellent force and the slippers the most comfortable I have ever had! Yakuza was amazing!!

Beautiful relaxing setting, with the sea so close a beautiful sunset. Food was great and staff very helpful and polite.

Everyone was friendly, wanted to help and solved problems immediately, we even had our room service seeing that my partner had a cold, arrange for a mint and chamomile tea on the house. Location was great, facilities were nice and clean. Room was nice and clean and spacious and felt quality. Room service was excellent every day. Front desk excellent. Breakfast in the gusto restaurant was quick, attentive and friendly service to sit down. The terrace was a great size too. We also loved the guilty restaurant by the pool, the staff were excellent and the food was really reasonably priced considering it’s a 5 star hotel, much better than some of the offerings in town!! All in all you guys have great staff which is so important and was our highlight, everyone was simply superb.
