The property is only 16 mins from the airport. The room is clean and size is big. Also the supermarket is only 3 mins to drive. There is swimming pool and jacuzzi in the communal area.

Staff were very friendly and they upgraded us for free at check in. Our apartment was spacious and had a sea view. It was clean, had good wifi, nice balcony and had good air conditioning. Beds were nice and comfortable. We were able to store our luggage and continue using the facilities like the pool & jacuzzi on our check out day, and then was able to take a shower before our flight home. We only ate there once for breakfast, at the cafe / bar next to Zacary's which was fine and had decent prices. This place should be rated higher on booking.com!

The room feels like a real apartment. The rooms are huge, the bathroom is spacious, and everything is very clean. It also has its own terrace.

“Memory lane trip”
Had a timeshare here 25 years ago, so knew the area well. The staff were great, from reception to cleaners to pool maintenance men. Well looked after.

“Great place to stay, couldn't fault anything”
Had breakfast at the coffee bar on site, really nice next to the pool. Food cooked to order. The restuartant on site is nearly 16 euros for a buffet breakfast.

“Excellent accommodation but tricky as a base for exploring the island and local resorts without car”
The apartments are clean with excellent facilities, including a washing machine which is a godsend on holiday. The balcony was huge with excellent sun exposure in the afternoon and evening and shade in the morning. This was perfect for balcony breakfasts and private afternoon bathing. The view was amazing with a view of the sea and mountain from the same balcony. Pool facilities are excellent, the restaurants were affordable and served tasty foods and cocktails. Roof top bar was amazing with beds and amazing views. All bars have happy hour 18:00 - 20:00. There are also laundrette facilities and a fitness room, but we did not use these. There is a good restaurant next to a well stocked and proper supermarket just 4 minute walk away from hotel. Staff very helpful, welcoming and polite.

The apartment was amazing, very spacious, modern, with a big bathroom and a huge terrace. We had the garden view … but if one was lucky to get the sea view that is a million dollar view on the sea and mountains! We have seen the view from the top floor bar ( which also does happy hour sangria 😁) and the view was phenomenal! We could see apartments with the view and perhaps it’s good idea to pay extra to get the view. There was a washing Mashine and dishwasher in our apartment and having couple of tablets for both was such a lovely gesture! Beautiful complex!

Exceptional! What a comfortable beautiful complex! The apartment itself was very clean, very spacious, has everything you need. It had a nice terrace overlooking the beach and sunset. All the facilities on site were great; rooftop bar , restaurant and the pool. Personnel were so friendly and professional. We had a problem with our key and a technician came in after 5 minutes on a Sunday. Close proximity to bus stops and shops. It’s not directly on the beach but it’s 5 minutes away by car and disconnected from the tourists area and noises. Absolutely recommended!!!

“Everything you need for a great stay in Tenerife at a reasonable price.”
Fantastic view from the huge balcony, clean rooms and facilities, beautiful double corner bath, great staff (helpful, polite and easy to communicate with), good facilities, good food at reasonable prices, comfy beds (even the sofa bed), well equipped kitchen, taxis available almost immediately upon request, good location (but on a hill so do need taxis to get about really). Taxis around €10 for a 10 minute drive and most things (Costa adeje market, beach, Siam park etc) are within about 10 min drive. €30 to the airport from here in a taxi. Shop on site and a lift. So sum it up.. everything you need, at a reasonable price.
