“Great place to stay”
Very clean, very well run. Staff were so lovely and accommodating, particularly Kamila on the bar. The entertainment team were very friendly and got everyone involved in activities. Entertainment area is very nice and they have a good variety with something different every night. Food is decent and drinks are good. I'd definitely come back.

Our stay at this hotel was disappointing overall. The staff was not particularly friendly or welcoming, and the atmosphere around the hotel was unpleasant because many guests behaved loudly and disrespectfully, often drinking their own alcohol openly in public areas without any intervention from the staff. The food was acceptable, but nothing special, and the cleanliness was satisfactory. Unfortunately, the cocktails were also quite poor and not enjoyable at all. Overall, we did not have a pleasant experience and would not choose to stay here again.

Food! Food! Food! The food was AMAZING. Always delicious. The majority of the staff were fantastic, especially at reception and in the restaurant. The maid was spot on with cleaning.

“Overnight stay”
The food was very nice, a good selection for breakfast and lunch. There was a nice outdoor area. The room was spacious and comfortable, shower was nice. No shower gel provided which was unusual. Storage and luggage and shower room nearby was very good when leaving the hotel after check out time.

“It was ok as It suited me due to its close proximity to the apartment complex where my daughter was staying in an apartm”
Location suited me perfectly. The breakfast was very good. I did not use the lunch and dinner facility even though it was included but going by the breakfast I think they would be good. The reception staff when I checked out was very courteous and helpful. Even helped me with booking a taxi for my trip to the airport.

It was ok for 1 night. Personal is welcoming. We missed dinner and checked in later, so they prepared sandwidches for us. They were not very tasty so we skipped them, but at least they've tried

“Great holiday better then expected”
For a 3 star hotel can not complain at all food was always something to eat the inclusive beer options was great . Staff always happy and helpful and room cleaned really good every day the cleaners was on .

“a very reasonably priced all inclusive for a great holiday in the sun”
The hotel was very clean and well presented, the buffet changed daily and had a good balance of food with vegetarian options and decaf coffee. The location was great for walking to the beach or to nearby bars - with a bus stop right outside the hotel which was cheap and easy to navigate to nearby areas such as Los Christanos. I wasn't sure about the astro turf around the pool and walkways between rooms on the ground floor but it actually made sense as it stopped you from slipping on the wet tile from the pool and your feet didn't get too hot. Also good choice of drinks on the all inclusive including slushie cocktails and the pool was pleasantly warm.

“Weeks holiday to chill”
The food was just okay.. plenty of choice, but mainly poor quality ingredients used..for example tinned fruit, Always a good choice of salad items, usually a fish and a meat in the fresh grill daily.. usually a stew of some kind. Pizzas chips, burgers and hotdogs available daily. Choice of mainly tinned fruit / whole fruits and deserts.. Breakfast is good.. a little slow as there is only one tray of each item, so a queue can build up
