The view from the property was nice. However, the location is not very convenient without a car, as it is quite difficult to get around on foot and access nearby amenities.

Great host. Apartment has really nice terrace. There is available heated pool - great during winter months (even on Tenerife :-)

There was everything you need for stay.There wasn't problems with paarking.If you're with car ,its good location.

Appartment offers great view + everyday sunset on huge terrace with La Gomera in background. It has all amenties - comfortable beds, bath & beach towels, fully equipped kitchen & accessories like toster, microwave, coffe maker and even spices etc. We were suprised with welcome water bottle & beer. 20 minutes by foot to the closest beach, 10 minutes to X-Sur commercial centre. Going back is always upstairs - lot a stairs, cause You're 150 meters above the ocean. Car highly recommended. Common pool heated in winter to 24-25C. Good & responsive contact with the host.

We really enjoyed our stay in these apartments. Everything was very clean, and the host was always in touch, asking how our stay was going and if we needed anything. The location is excellent, and we were very satisfied overall

“Great place, great view”

Our family of four vacationed here and chose this place because of its relative proximity to beaches and shops, as well as the magnificent ocean view from the room. Seriously, the view is stunning; the ocean is always with you, morning and night. Eating dinner overlooking the ocean every evening from your room is a pleasure. The room had absolutely everything you needed, including beach towels. The children's room faces the street, so it can be a little noisy in the mornings. There are plenty of dishes for any meal. The walk down to the beach (we mostly visited Torviscas) is about 20 minutes, and back uphill is about 25-30. The climb might be a bit challenging for some, but we found it a good workout. Shops with almost everything (including fresh fruits and vegetables) you need are within a 5-10-minute walk, but for fresh meat and fish, you need to go to Mercadona, which takes longer. The host, Maria, was incredibly kind, answering all our questions promptly and even giving us a free checkout time on our last day (Maria, thank you so much again!). The ocean, the mountains, the views, the room—everything was wonderful. We want to come again.

The best vacation of my life. My wife, my three children and I are delighted with the accommodation and location. We did not lack anything in the apartment. We were welcomed with much more than we expected. Especially the cold beer! The owner was extremely kind and very very nice and helpful at all times. All five of us can't wait to come back to this apartment and to Costa Adeje.

“Amazing holiday”

Great apartment great location although up a very big hill but wasnt a problem as hired a car. Biew were amazing and had sun on the balcony 90% of the day! Apartment had everything we needed the pool was an added benefit for the kids. Always parking available around the apartment. Easy to get to every destination that we needed to get to.

We spend a lovely time on our trip in Tenerife. Appartment was clean, we had beautiful view on the ocean. All that we need were supplied! 10/10

Location was great for us as we wanted to explore as we had a car. Parking never a problem there and apartment was easy to find. Owner was very helpful and sorted cot and high chair for us , the washing machine was great for the babies clothes. Amazing sunsets from the balcony each evening Really comfortable beds. The swimming pool was heated so was ok to use in January.
