Absolutely perfect villa for family holiday with 3 teenage boys.. 10 min walk to Siam park and shopping mall. Mercadona very close by and fantastic value too.. would recommend this villa.

Great location - can walk into both Costa Adeje and Las Americas. There's also electric scooters you can use an app to hire near the entrance. Excellent kitchen facilities, including coffee machine. Large patio area with sun all day, and spacious living area. Good aircon in bedrooms (though none in living areas). Great water pressure in the shower. Quiet at night.

The villa was absolutely beautiful – modern, clean, and very spacious. The private pool was a highlight, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The outdoor space was quiet and private, ideal for unwinding. Everything was exactly as described and the check-in process was smooth and easy. It’s a perfect getaway spot in Costa Adeje!

I came with my family and with my kids. It was an amazing spot for us. The house is big and its swimming pool is just amazing. It was an amazing time there. We will for sure come back

“Amazing pool, clean and well equipped Villa”

Really well equipped and A/C in all 3 bedrooms. Really clean and comfortable. We stayed as a family of 5 with a 3 year old and newborn baby and the owner really thoughtfully left out some kids cutlery, bowl, plate and cup with highchair and a cot was available on request. Key pickup and checkout so smooth, the location is good you are a short walk from shops and restaurants and although a little hill that's normal in Tenerife! The best bit about this place is the pool it is amazing and in the sun all day, very clean and it was maintained whilst we were there too! Would 100% stay here again should we return to Tenerife.

I loved how near it was to siam Park and to all the shops and bars, the size of the property and the pool , it had all the things you would need in the kitchen except a kettle but has, towels etc and air con worked a treat.

The location was good, sadly I fell on our first day walking down to the pubs and restaurants, we used taxis after that. We loved the big bathroom with the 2 sinks, loved the fact you opened the windows and you could walk in and out the bathroom from the pool area. There were plenty chairs and loungers outside, only 2 braved the pool as it wasn't heated. Kitchen was good sized, plenty of dishes, glasses etc

This is nice house and the location good. Love the swimming pool.

Location was brilliant, however being opposite a working boneyard for the waterpark wasn't ideal - but with the awning down you couldn't really see anything.

Lovely pool, like the way you can walk around the property from the pool/garden.

The apartment was a great space. The air conditioning was superb. The pool was a good size and the whole accommodation had sunshine throughout the day. There were several dining areas with a large dining area inside and two dining areas outside.
