“Nice host(via WhatsApp), helpful, nice location. Poor facilities & security”
We had to wait for the main entrance to be opened by one of the inmates of 100s of flats inside. Fortunately, we didnt wait for more than 5 minutes. Host is very helpful and friendly. Thats the main highlight of this property, other than the location. If you want to visit Valcano Teite, the pick up point is just a few minutes' walk. Within 5 minutes walk you get big supermarkets.

“Great appartment in wonderful location”
The apartment was great for us, a party of 6 people, with three bedrooms and a fold out bed in the lounge. The location is amazing also with many activities and beaches nearby

“Great accommodation”
The host was there on time and showed us everything there was. Explained the facilities and left a contact number in case there were any issues. (There wasn't) The apartment was clean and tidy and felt really spacious. The pool was so quiet and really nice. We would definitely stay there again.

“An ideal place for a big family or friends trip”
Really huge apartment situated in the apart complex with very nice balcony view and swimming pool with terrace. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with kitchen. Well equipped, you will find every single thing to cook, clean stuff and will be able to feel like at home.

Friendly host, lovely and very clean apartment, very close to the pool. The views are stunning mostly mountains but there is some sea on the left. Despite some reviews, ALL appliances work and the house is fully equipped, everything is there, just like home. Had a lovely stay, and I'll definitely return. There is no sun on the terrace but in the hot summer it's great as you won't boil...every room has a ceiling fan, plus there is a standing one available, iron, ironing board, kettle, hairdryer and many more. Nice view from the pool.
