The staff the food the drinks and location were all fantastic I personally thought the bathroom were rather small when I say that I mean I had to brush myself passed the door and the sink but it still worked as its just a bathroom Around the pool could do with a little scrubbing up loose tiles in pool and walls could do with a clean but it was quite well looked after location was brilliant and only 20 minute taxi ride from airport

Perfect location and beautiful hotel. Lots of space around to sunbathe and even though it’s busy it doesn’t feel it.

The animation team and night shows were amazing and kept the atmosphere fun and entertaining every day. The food selection was super delicious with plenty of variety for everyone. We truly enjoyed our vacation!

We had such an amazing stay that my child actually cried when we got home, asking to go back to Tenerife 😂. The restaurant service was great, everything was very clean, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. The daily activities were fun and well organized, and the team really made an effort to keep everyone entertained. My child especially loved the mini disco and the evening shows—they were the highlight of her days. We had a fantastic holiday and are so happy we chose this hotel. We’ll definitely be back next time. Thank you to all the staff—you’re amazing!

Old room out of expectation !

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Iberostar Bouganville Playa in Costa Adeje. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional – the staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was delicious, with a great variety of dishes to choose from every day. Each meal felt like a treat! Our room had a breathtaking view that we will never forget – waking up to such scenery was truly special. We were also very impressed with how clean everything was. The rooms were spotless and carefully maintained every day, which made our stay even more comfortable. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better holiday and are already looking forward to coming back. We can’t wait to spend our next vacation here!

Fantastic location, very relaxed and staff were great throughout. All inclusive food options were top notch. Pools were fab, kids one particularly good with the slides. No issue getting sunbeds, always a bonus

“Perfect stay, definitely coming back on a next trip”

Everything was perfect. Staff extremely friendly. Very good location and parking. Animation team was fantastic, had a few absolutely glorious nights with great music and light shows outside. Pool party for kids at late evening/night and many others, can't really list everything. Game room with many different machines. Very good gym for a 4 star hotel. While hotel was absolutely full, never felt too crowded and we were always able to find a sunbed, sometimes really last ones but still. Food again, compare to many other hotels was great. Oh and the pools and play areas, we're above expectations. It's our 4th time I'm Tenerife always in similar class/price hotels and a first time where I truly enjoyed being at the hotel. And for sure will be first hotel we are coming back too on a next trip.
