“Exceptional”
We recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The location is fantastic, the food was delicious, and there were plenty of activities for both adults and children to enjoy. Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. We had booked the half-board package, but due to our late arrival at 10 pm, we missed our first evening meal. To our surprise and delight, the hotel more than compensated for this by offering us an all-inclusive day on any day of our choice. This was an amazing gesture and something we truly appreciated. We have stayed in several 5-star hotel before, and they didn’t offer such thoughtful compensation, which speaks volumes about the excellent customer service here. What truly made our visit special was the exceptional staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. A special thank you goes to Kate at Reception, who made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. Her kindness and attention to detail were greatly appreciated. We would also like to thank the entire team for the thoughtful welcome gifts for our 7-year-old daughter. She was so excited and felt very special. The lovely card and the bottle of wine waiting for us were such a thoughtful touch and made our stay even more memorable. Thank you to everyone for making our family trip so enjoyable. We felt truly valued as guests and will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommended!

Location , friendly staff, relaxed vibe . Music in hallway and theme, large chess game. Reception staff extremely welcoming. Wine and chocs on arrival. Dinner in themed restaurant, amazing ! Lovely touch .

“100% recommend this place”
Everything was excellent about this resort. We got our room on ground floor where we could access the pool from back door straight, was very convinient for kids to go to pool multiple times. The rooms were very clean, the staff was super helpful, beds were very comfortable, especially the location was very accessible to everything like restaurants, activities, beach. The pool was very clean and water was kept at right temperatures at all times. The staff even provided us shower rooms after we checked out and before we picked our luggage in the eve, that was super helpful. If I go to Tenerife again I'd definitely stay here again.

“Fantastic big family hotel!!!!”
This is a wonderful family-friendly hotel! It features a kids’ club that operates more like a full-fledged kindergarten, making it perfect for families with young children. The staff is fantastic—friendly, attentive, and professional. The food is excellent: plentiful, delicious, and offering a great variety. It also has a warm, heated pool, perfect for relaxing at any time. Come with your family and enjoy a truly fantastic holiday!

The hotel is amazing for families with kids. There are animations throughout the day, the pools.are warmed, and there is a direct connection to the beach. Three kids clubs indoor playgrounds and one outside. All in all beautiful. David and his team of animators do a great job. The food is actually better then one would expect in a family hotel.

“Great family hotel with fantastic entertainment”
We had a fantastic stay this hotel. Spacious apartment looking over the pool and sea. Spotless clean. The entertainment team were just amazing all so friendly and made all the activities so fun. While there was something for everyone adults and children, the children’s activities were the best. My 9year old son had amazing holiday he was kept busy all day it was hard to drag him away from the hotel. A special shout to Daniel who went above and beyond with his help and enthusiasm.
