We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily return. From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely friendly, professional, and attentive. As a pleasant surprise, we received a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was spotless, with high standards of cleanliness throughout. The food was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options at every meal, so there was always something for everyone to enjoy. The spa facilities were outstanding – beautifully maintained, relaxing, and one of the highlights of our stay. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a truly relaxing vacation. The only downsides were that drinks and extras could be quite expensive if you were not on an all-inclusive package, and parking was not included and had to be paid separately. While these costs were not a dealbreaker, they are worth keeping in mind when planning your stay. Overall, an excellent hotel with fantastic service, great food, and superb facilities. Highly recommended!

“Hard Rock - great for young families”
Overall, loved almost everything. Our room was fantastic. The hotel was really accommodating to us with our 11 month old, the staff were amazing with our daughter. The pools were great and never had an issues getting a lounger in a good spot. While I would have liked a bit more choice with food (especially with what was included in all inclusive costs outside the session’s restaurant), it was always good. Generally, the vibe was always very positive and relaxed.

The Sea view from our room and the facilities the bed was really comfy too. We also visited the Spa and that was amazing there was so much to do there. Also the housekeeping staff were very friendly and efficient :)

“Great hotel with lovely staff”
We had a great time at the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife. The staff were incredibly attentive and kind, our room had an incredible view and facilities, and the food was amazing also. So many kind people to note, but some of the main ones include Emilio and Daniel in the bar team, Adriana in the reception team, Gema H., Ovanny, Angeliy in the restaurant, Anita, Hugo and Raul in the Vibe Entertainment (pool volleyball/basketball) team, and all of the staff in the housekeeping team on floor 5 of the Nirvana building.

“Nice stay in Tenerife south”
The room was spacious, quiet, and very comfortable. The pool was nice, the breakfast was fantastic with lots of high-quality options. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are at least 3 beaches within walking distance.

Everything was fantastic. I went to celebrate a 20yr reunion after graduation from the University and all my coursemate present enjoyed Everything no complaints whatsoever, the all inclusive 😊 was absolutely all inclusive in every bar every restaurant every pool found in Hard Rock Hotel, best place I've ever stayed
