Antonio is the best possible host. I loved the bedding, the huge bed, the beautiful terrace, the silence in the evening, the cats, so this is a wonderful place.The house's sophisticated and tasteful furnishings, comfort, and heated pool create the perfect conditions for a wonderful vacation.

This was exceptional! We were welcomed with open arms by Silvia and Antonio in their gorgeous place, and they went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The apartment was equipped with everything you could wish for, including a variety of tasty welcome treats, and you could feel the passion and attention to detail they put into making their guests feel at home. We highly recommend it!

One of the most amazing places I've ever been. View from terrace directly west on the ocean and sunset. Antonio, the owner ensuring full comfort of your stay. If you need anything just ask... perfectly comfortable, super clean place, with heated pool. Only 2 apts so super quiet and in full privacy. Score 10 is even not enough.

A peaceful paradise in Tenerife – Casantilvia exceeded all expectations! 🌞 We had an amazing stay at Casantilvia during our recent vacation in Tenerife. The location is simply perfect—nestled in a quiet, scenic area that offers total relaxation, yet still close enough to explore the island’s highlights with ease. The property is beautifully maintained, with all the services and amenities you could wish for. From the lush garden to the cozy interiors, everything is designed to make you feel at home and at peace. What truly made our experience unforgettable were Antonio and Silvia. Their warmth, friendliness, and genuine hospitality made us feel more like friends than guests. They were always available with helpful tips and a smile, adding a personal touch that made all the difference. “A lovely relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings.”

Beautiful, spotlessly clean apartment with fantastic terrace views in a secluded location that was ideal for us. The apartment is equipped with everything you could need. Antonio and Silvia could not have been more welcoming and friendly and were happy to provide any information we required. Welcome basket of quality essentials was much appreciated. The pool and its surroundings were also spotless and we had some lovely swims. if in Tenerife again we would definitely return to Antonio and Silvia's apartments.

The tranquil location above Adeje was perfect. It is a little gem offside the crowded and intense pathways on this island. We got lots of useful information beside the mainstream activities from our extremely helpful and polite hosts. There was a generous welcome package with local goods etc. On top of that you got a salt water pool! We would always chose that accommodation again.

The hosts were exceptional and provided an enormous basket of fruit and even gluten free bread and pasta for my coeliac condition. In the evening we could watch the sun go down behind La Gomera.

Lovely host, lovely property, every comfort had been thought of, spacious accommodation, perfect pool and view, tranquil location, good advice on trips, beaches and restaurants.

Hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful with a beautiful premises and view. I'd like to think we were quite easy guests but they provided us with everything we needed and couldn't have been more helpful. 2 lovely cats as well!

We liked great attitude from hosts. It felt like 5* hotel service. Great views from pool area to beautiful ocean and Costa Adeje. All necessary accessories in apartment. Nice welcome package consists of fruits, cookies, milk, soft drinks and many more. As a special bonus - cleaning up the apartment every 3 days.

We loved the place, we had everything we needed and even more.Casantilivia is the place where one could get great peace and rest.Antonio and Silvia are the best hosts we have ever met.Antonio gave us great tips and we visited excellent restaurants in the nearby and discovered beautiful beach. We will surely come back!

The accommodation is situated in an excellent location, it is comfortable and clean, the hosts were very nice and gave us great advice on how to make the most of our holiday in Tenerife. We have fond memories and hope to return as soon as possible.

Amazing view, perfect location for relaxation in the Tenerife South area. Apartament: clean, well equipped as in the description, including towels for the beach/pool. Friendly owners providing useful information and tips, plus really helpful with our car problem (thank you, Antonio!).

A very nice apartment, clean and spacious. Nature and surroundings very beautyful. Superhosts! Weather was a bit cold so we could not enjoy the pool. Surrounded by sounds of nature, the rooster next door in the morning followed by birds singing all day. At night stargazing and crickets chirping.

“Hidden gem! Perfect paradise”

Everything was perfect! Antonio and Silvia were so kind and extremely helpful far in advance of our stay. They provided excellent recommendations for excursions and also helped us to select a hire car company (we used Cicar and it was perfect and very reasonable). The accommodation is wonderful: fully equipped, immaculately clean, peaceful location, and so beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay and wish we could have stayed longer. We will see you again!

Two wonderful apartments with pool . A beautiful view from the mountains down to 8 minutes away busy adeje. A perfect place to relax on the Terrace way apart from hectic. You feel like being on another planet ! The hosts are outstanding and provide you with great ideas ! The apartment has got really everything one would need ! One of the best accommodations including the hosts anto and Sylvia !!(and I have seen a lot) a fantastic stay thank you !!!

Silvia and Antonio - the owners - are very warm and caring people -  they give priceless tips, including fantastic choice of the local restaurants. We had perfect communication. Appartment is great: - spacious, comfortable, clean and very well equipped - super pool - no problem with parking and wifi - very calm localisation with perfect night sky I whish we could return to the Casantilvia in the future Silvia/Antonio - thank you again for the unforgetable stay !
