“Amazing 3 weeks stay”

In reality the property is much better than on fotos. Bedroom is big, balcony is big and have a nice view, you can see the ocean. Very comfortable for long stay, fully equipped kitchen was very easy to cook. Located 7 mins from supermarket, 5 mins to the parking, 12 mins to the beach. Absolutely suitable if you going to work, internet is no problem at all including balcony. Gaetano is amazing host, provides all information and can solve any problem. Highly recommended.

Beautiful apartment..very clean..great location and brilliant host

Fantastic apartment, very clean, comfy bed, plenty of towels, great size, balcony is just fabulous, sun all afternoon with a little view of the sea. Fantastic pool bar and 4 pools to choose from. Quiet apartment and not too far to walk to the fanabe area. Shower is good too with a good size bathroom.

The apartment is exactly like on the photos. Clean, comfortable in a perfect location. Both shopping center and beach just a 10 minute walk away with lots of restaurants around. Gaetano is the perfect host, welcoming and friendly. We will definitely come back again, great value for money.

Good location - only 10 minute walk to the beach, plenty of pools in the complex so everyone was well spread out and no over crowding. Bar next to pool so not far to go for a drink, shuts at 8pm so no noise at night

Absolutely amazing location close to beach, in the heart of Adeje. Exceptionally clean, smell nice, 10 towels! Silent, 2 pools, first floor (very important). Fantastic air condition. Strongly recommend to couples and singles. Free parking very close!

“Nice and relaxing alternative to noisy hotels”

The communication with Gaetano was great from the start. While the 1st installment can be paid via card, the 2nd one is done in cash. This is important to remember, but can easily be handled using ATMs at the airport or at the nearby Mercadona shopping centre. If you have trouble finding parking on the street, you could try a spot around the corner from PlayaOlid hotel going towards the motorway to the airport. We always found space there and it's an easy walk. Our daughter loved the pools and the long pool (Phase 1 / Phase 2) has no gates in contrast to the pools near the apartment. The nearest beach is also a 10 mins walk away. The nearby Mercadona shopping center is about 5 minutes to walk and offers many food choices in restaurants as well as a supermarket for people who like self catering. Overall, we had a great holiday and think the apartment is a wonderful and quiet alternative to the many noisy hotels around in the area.

The apartment was really nice and the bathroom modern and clean. The pool area was also enjoyable and peaceful. The owner Gaetano was really helpful throughout our stay. Many nice restaurants nearby, a short walk to the beach and 24/7 supermarket on the same street.

The house was great. The complex miraverde has many pools so there is never too many people around. Close to the beach and to a lot of restaurant.

Lovely very clean and well equipped apartment. Lots of pool space around the apartment complex. Good location to the local beaches and restaurants/ shops and bars. I was a solo traveller and felt safe walking around and getting into taxis.

In Tenerife, my family and I have been coming for several years in a row. And this housing was the best of all the previous ones. The apartment is in a very good location, everything is within walking distance. Very close to the beach, convenience stores, many restaurants. Own restaurant in the apartment complex, with delicious coffee and breakfast. the apartments are very clean, new and tastefully equipped. The apartments have everything you need for both short and long stays in this beautiful place. Special thanks, we would like to express to the owner of the apartments. This is a very sensitive, decent and sympathetic person. He will meet you like his family, help and give all the necessary advice.
