self catering. I have stayed in this location before which I believe to be the best in Costa Adeje.The Virew from the balcony was splendid. Sad to see that the work on the pools was unfinished from my stay in april which is inexcusable but no fault of the apartment owners but poor administrators.

“Beautiful Apartment in a fabulous location”

This apartment had everything we needed and more, beds were very comfortable, beautiful view of the sea. Supermarket behind it, restaurant downstairs and many more within walking distance. Nothing was too much trouble for Olga and Christina who were great hosts. Would highly recommend.

Sea view 4th floor apartment. Clean, well equipped. Quiet. Comfy bed. Good value. Handy supermarket.

The host Christina and gina were so helpful we had a late flight and they allowed us to stay till 12 and then they letcus leave our luggage in the apartment for the afternoon we will definitely ve back great customer service

“Fabulous apartment, not to be missed!”

Lovely, clean and spacious apartment with everything you need. Access was easy to arrange, we were welcomed by Christina who explained everything clearly and left contact details if we needed her. The views from the apartment balcony were superb, facilities great and the pool area was well maintained with plenty of sun-beds. Easy access to the beach, walking distance to restaurants and the very lovely La Caleta. Olga, the owner very kindly allowed a late checkout as we had an evening flight home so we had the added bonus of extra time there. Very much hoping for a return visit to this apartment, we had an amazing stay.

Catherine at Capital properties was extremely helpful and friendly, giving us a lot of advice about the area and happily booking a taxi for us on our departure. We were very grateful to have had her support. The apartment was brilliant. It had everything to hand that you required - hairdryer, iron, ironing board, kettle, toaster, microwave, mop, dustpan, brush, and a new washing machine. There was plenty of crockery, lots of pans and a variety of utensils, including a cork screw for the wine bottles! There were bathroom towels and beach towels available for our use. The super king size bed was made up, ready for us, on arrival and it was very comfortable. The views from the apartment balcony were amazing. We had views of both the sea and the 2 pools. On the balcony, we had a table and 4 comfortable chairs, plus 2 full sunbeds. The sun came around in the afternoon, so it was great to sit outside, in the sun, with a glass of wine and some tapas. The temperatures whilst we were visiting were between 36 and 40 so we really appreciated the efficient air conditioning in the lounge. We were so pleased that we booked this friendly place and will definitely return there.

Lovely, clean apartment with all you need for a self catering holiday. The view over the pool, gardens and out to sea is perfect. Beautiful, clean pool area and gardens and the sunsets from the balcony are amazing. Our flight arrived early. Calked Viktoria from the airport and she met us at the entrance, showed us around and we were allowed to leave our luggage while the cleaning was completed which was appreciated.

it was very good value for money. there was plenty of restaurants available if you wanted to eat out and a supermarket near by if you wanted to buy your essentials and cook a meal if you wanted. The sea breeze kept you nice and cool due to being right on the sea front. the entrance in to the apartments and pool area was key entrance only which made it more secure and felt safer with small children
