We liked the location, as it is quite area on the hill, but nearby you can find shops and restaurants. You can find everything for cooking.

We had a lovely stay. The apartement is very nice and had enough space for our family of five. Everything you need is within walking distance. It is a residential neighbourhood and mostly quiet. The host Petra is very welcoming and nice! Parking outside the house can be a bit limited, but there were available parking spaces within 5 minutes walking distance.

Petra is a very nice woman, very helpful. The apartment is very clean, and the load of space for a family of 3 kids. There is everything that you need for your stay . Definitely, we will come back .

Everything was 5 stars. Starting with the owner, a really lovely lady. The apartment is a dream. Very clean and elegant, with all the facilities. (kitchen with microwave, coffee machine, etc) Wi-Fi, iron ,washing machine, absolutely everything what you need. The garden is a beauty! The pool is great! A lot of shops , Siam Park ,the beach ,Aqualand and many more at walking distance,also a lot of good restaurants! We recommend the place 1000%.

Spaceous appartment with own steet entrance in a quiet neighbourhood with a large outdoors area where our toddler could roam. A couple of balls and beach toys was available and the attentive host Petra was kind to provide a cot and high chair too. Good local eateries close by on the main road opposite Aqualand. The rooftop pool has spectacular view over the area and there is access to the pool area at the hotel next door, where there are 2 pools incl. a 0,5 meter pool with lifeguard and a small playground. Pools are not heated though, so they are quite refreshing...

Romantic place with an awesome host. I reviewed many alternatives before spotting "Andrea". Apartment is in a new-built condo with a separate private entrance. You will also have access to the condo facilities, such as clear water dispenser, and large roof-top pool with stunning sea view. Tip: to enjoy the sunsets, go straight to the pool area, don't bother walking all the way down to the port! Apartment setup is all new and stylish, it has full kitchen with equipment, tableware, glasses, etc. There is private garden with ambient lighting, chill-out area, BBQ and lot of space. Public scooters parking is right at the entrance. Awesome Torviscas fruiteria and grocery shops are just 5-10 mins away. In the nearby Mercadonna (around 15 mins walk) we were able to source rich selection of fresh and affordable seafood, Spanish delicacies, and wines. The place is very quite, you will barely hear people party hard at Halloween. The family slept very well every night of the stay.

“The Apartment that saved our holiday (A+)”

This apartment saved our holiday. Long story short, what should have been a 4.5 hour flight turned I to a 26 hour ordeal with 2 kids and no luggage. Location is fantastic. Local shops and amenities 2 minutes away. 10 minutes to the amazing beaches. A beautiful quiet location away from the bustle of the main roads. Petra our host was very helpful and kind and even arranged some stuff in the apartment for our arrival after the above mentioned travel disaster. You have to pay a visit to the Fruteria Torviscas down the road for daily fresh fruit. Hemingway's for the best breakfast I have ever had and Craft Burger for an amazing burger and locally brewed Ale and Beers. In short if you want a luxury apartment close to town but relaxed and chilled in the evening. With a great host, stunning views and all day sun then this is the place. We will be back. Our new favourite place to be. Oh did I forget to mention that Aqualand is 2 minute walk away and Siam Park is a 2 minute taxi ride. 10 out of 10 on everything.
