Quiet location Close to town

“Loved our stay at Fabio's Mareverde Apartment and would recommend a stay and stay again.”

The location of the apartment was close to lots of shops and public transport (which we didn't use), but the supermarket across the road gave guests at the Mareverde Apartments a 10% discount, which was a surprise but very useful and helpful. The room was very clean and it has everything we needed - toaster, microwave, induction hob with oven, kettle, 2 x coffee machines, plates, glasses, cups, washing up liquid, tea towel, cleaning products and cloths, diffuser hairdryer, hair straightners - absolutely everything. The swimming pools looked clean and the meandering waterway was very impressive. We also enjoyed a meal and drinks at the onsite Pool Bar "Lorna's Bar" which was very reasonable also.

We really liked the apartment, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is perfect for 2/3 people. The location is close to the beach, with convenient transport connections and many shops nearby. Communication with the host was easy, and we were very satisfied with our stay

Excellent location, easy links via public transport. The apartment has all the necessary amenities and is very clean. The pool is right next to the apartment and you have some friendly cats that live nearby.

Was really clean,bed was comfortable,I like a firm mattress,which it had,air con,close to all amenities,shop right outside & more near by,beach & restaurant all in walking distance.

Great location as only 10 mins walk down to the beach and lots of lovely bars and restaurants. Entrance through a locked gate so nice and secure. Easy flat access through to the apartment. Very clean, all the mod cons with everything needed. Pool is a few metres away and nice and quiet day and night. Bedding and Towels provided but remember to take your own toiletries inc loo roll 🧻 Would definitely recommend and a great price compared to most. Lovely local guy meets you with the key on arrival. And collects at the end of the stay. I practiced my Spanish and he practiced his English! We communicated well but theres always google translate if you dont speak the local language. €100 cash deposit returned when apartment checked. (We left it as clean as when we arrived, isnt that normal?!!) we had a late checkout too which i asked for last minute so really pleased it was allowed. €50 euros to keep keys until 6pm. Ideal if flight is later in the day. We will definitely stay again.

lovely studio apartment in a great location, the pool is just out the front but far enough to not be noisy. the apartment was clean, it was nice to have pool towels so we didn't need to waste suitcase space bringing our own! my husband found his side of the bed very comfy but my side of the bed sunk down a bit, so made it a bit difficult to sit up in bed. host was excellent and check in/out was efficient

Cleanliness location

The property is in an amazing location, pool view from the terrace and it’s so peaceful. The apartment was very clean on arrival, comfortable bed, AC, lovely kitchen and couch area with TV. Very safe community with lovely people living in the area. We highly recommend this apartment for your trip!

Apartment was a good standard, but we decided not to stay there as the complex itself was run down

Good location. Terrace area overlooking pool area with afternoon and evening sun. Well equipped apartment. Host very responsive when we had issue with WIFI attended promptly and arranged for repair. Very pleasant and helpful

The location is a little walk from the La Pinta beach 10 minutes or so but the apartment is quiet on an evening which was a bonus Bed was comfy and shower great

Great host met us at the apartment and explained everything, you have to leave a €100 deposit, the apartment is nice and a great location overlooking the pool , but it needs a little attention to the skirting boards they are breaking at the joins , had a problem with cockroaches spoke with the host and he came the next day and sprayed the apartment but some did come back , Mare Verde Resort is in a great location bus stop right outside easy walk to the beach and many good restaurants opposite, we would return to this resort
