“Bushveld Magic”

We were staying at Maverick Luxury tents, and the staff were most helpful during the loss of electricity. This was due to the inclement weather. We would like to thank Talent and Q for relocating us to Longhill Lodge. We would like to suggest adding torches to Maverick Luxury Tents due to that area being an eco lodge and solar powered. The food at both the Boma and Lodge was absolutely delicious. We would like to thank the catering staff as they were so friendly and cooked food of a high quality.

Staff for amazing, so friendly and helpful and always willing to go the extra mile to make it special. Food was great as well. We would highly recommend Longhill, what a great time we had.

The game drive and the beds 🛌 were good

The staff was so friendly and helpful throughout the entire process (booking - staying - check out). The food was delicious and Tian, our Game Driver was very knowledgeable. We had a Luxury tent which was fun especially with the kids.

“A lovely quiet stay amongst the wild life”

We stayed in the tent and it was lovely! The hot tub outside was heated by wood which was a nice touch. The breakfast was amazing. Everything was fresh and the staff were all friendly. The manager, Danielle, stayed past working hours to check us in and was super helpful and responsive on WhatsApp. Marco, her husband, took us on a game drive and he was very passionate about what he did! Would definitely recommend! :)

“Highly recommended”

Beautiful reserve with plenty of wildlife to observe even before you get to Addo. We booked two tents and let's say our expectations were more than met. From the moment Talent showed us around (with his welcoming and generous smile) we knew we would have a special experience in the middle of nature while still indulging in comfort and luxury. The scenic and peaceful Boma dinner (special mention to the very attentive Cynthia) was something to look forward to. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, homemade, no fuss, yet refined, set in a wonderful location by a watering hole for the local wild animals. Better than home cinema! We booked a 4 hour game drive to Addo. Our guide Marco was a highlight of our stay. A very passionate and friendly expert, who shared so much knowledge about the park's wildlife, and made our safari unforgettable. Overall an amazing stay, highly recommended.

“Amazing stay”

Absolutely incredible stay. Amazing lodge embedded in nature, top luxury rents, and fantastic staff. Sitting on your own porch or at the lodge during breakfast/dinner while seeing wild animals was truly amazing. Hostess Danielle and guide Nicole are true rockstars. I had a fantastic stay.

“Amazing place to enjoy nature close to Addo park”

The tent was very comfortable. Being in the middle of nature was a huge plus. We regularly saw the jiraffes and we were lucky enough to see a cheetah hunting an antílope on our way to breakfast (from our car, stay inside! ;) ). It was an amazing experience. The personal was also very helpful and kind and made our stay and way there and back safer and more enjoyable.

We had an amazing time. On entering the reserve we saw two cheetahs up close. From our house we saw giraffes, eland, blesbok and much more. The setting is beautiful and you can enjoy the scenery from the comfort of the living room. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the house was cleaned and stocked with firewood after our first night. Breakfast at the watering hole was such a treat. Highly recommend!!

The friendly staff went completely out of their way to ensure that our anniversary was as special as they could make it. Our stay was better than we could have imagined thanks to them! The property is a complete bush get-away with all amenities you would need. It is clean and tidy. We had the most wonderful stay.
