Overview
Kuzuko's, 15000 hectare, private game reserve is situated 2hours from Port Elizabeth (Gqeberha) airport, Right on the edge of the Karoo Heatland region and bordering the northern boundery of the Addo Elephant National Park, in the Eastern Cape province of South Africa Kuzuko Lodge consist of 24 chalet of which 3 are fully wheelchair accessible. All facilities including the pool, spa, gym, conference room, restaurant, family lounge, curio shop and bar are accessible by wheelchair. During the day guests can visit the birdhide, spa and gym or enjoy a drink on one of the sun loungers beside the infinity pool, as they watch the sun set. In the evening a night game drive or stargazing is on offer A variety of outdoor activities are available, including game drives, fly fishing, bushman painting exploring, bird watching, horse riding, quad biking and nature walks. Children are catered for with indoor and outdoor activities, as well as a jungle gym. Kuzuko Lodge is located 90 km from Addo Elephant National Park Main Gate and it is a 2-hour drive to Port Elizabeth Airport (Gqeberha).

“Amazing experience and location”
Incredible venue, the game drives were amazing! Views from the room also breath taking, we will 100% go back at some point. We flew into Port Elizabeth and drove, the road isnt good, I have driven all over Southern Africa and wouldnt have fancied doing it in anything other than an SUV, we had a Toyota Fortuner which did the job!

Everyone is doing a great job to make your stay as memorable as possible. We had so much fun with our guide, Flo. She tried to get the best out of any drive and told us a lot about nature and all the animals. Yes - there is a 40km way dirt road before reaching the lodge, however we did this (in February) with a non-SUV. You just need to drive very slowly and plan a bit more time for reaching the lodge.

Our stay at the lodge was truly memorable. The spacious cottages provided stunning views, and the food was nothing short of excellent. The staff were exceptionally well-trained and always ready to assist, making our experience even more enjoyable. The Spa was a highlight—we indulged in a Swedish massage and a facial treatment, both of which were incredibly relaxing.

Stunning location. Very friendly staff. Excellent game drives with Tiem, who was very knowledgeable and worked hard to provide us with some amazing sightings. We enjoyed an informative nature walk too.

We had an incredible stay at Kuzuko which we will never forget. From the moment you arrive everything is taken care of. We went on all game drives during our stay, and were surprised every time. The food and staff are outstanding and the views are breathtaking. Definitely the highlight of our trip to South Africa.

Family Friendly Chalet
This 33m² chalet consists of an open plan bedroom area made up in either twin beds (sgl) or a king-size bed and dressing table and lounge with a sleeper couch. A separate bathroom consists of a bath situated under large windows allowing you to enjoy the view or the stars during bath time, a basin with big mirror, walk-in shower and private toilet. Other features include a minibar fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, DStv, digital safe and WiFi. Last but not least each chalet boast a private child friendly deck offering spectacular views of the malaria free Karoo Bushveld of the Big 5 reserve below.
