“Poor Infrastructure.”
Old infrastructure. The chair in my room. for instance was old and most of the leather had torn off. The ice making machine on my floor was out of order. It looks it's been out of use for a very long time.

“Always a pleasure”

“Good but frustrating at times with particular staff member”
