The first thing which apartment I booked I didn't.get totally, I booked two bedrooms apartment. They said we don't have , they gave someone else, they said,we will give you one bed room apartment, next day we Will give you which one you booked, So they don't do it, but staff was good

“traffic jam, air and noise pollution needs improvement.”
The mattress we were provided was very bad we thought maybe that is how it's we did not complain till 2 weeks but my daughter couldn't just cop with it anymore and we decided to complain to the manager and they immediately changed the matreses. from my point of view, I think they could have provided us with better matres from the beginning.

The location of the hotel was perfect. it helped me achieve my objective since its walkable distance to most embassies. The breakfast was good and the hotel staff were excellent. They were always ready to help. The hotel is highly recommended for a family.

“If you want good time in Addis Ababa the answere in one word is Yinm”
the breakfast was excellent, especially the Ethiopian dish "CHECHEBSA" which I liked, and the location was super; the area was calm, shopping malls and supermarkets are few meter from the property.
