Absolutely lovely staff and accommodated an early check-in. Staf very polite and helpful, and we felt very safe, especially as I also had a disabled daughter. For a 3* hotel this was clean and comfortable. Also, it is very good value for money. The lady 'Salaam' from the breakfast team was very helpful and kind. The hotel also recommended a driver for a tour - he was great. Location is really good. Sim card shop and bank both a 2 min walk. Nice eating places within walking distance and, of course close to the airport. Thank you Wassamar 😊

“It was really a pleasant experience”
The staff are really great! The are so helpful and considerate. Last time I stayed I missed my flight to Semera as I overslept 30 minutes before they came and wake me up. I rushed to the airport but the flight check in was closed. They allowed me to stay at the room free of charge until my flight new flight late that day.
