Extremely helpful staff. They picked us up from different hotel in Addis, just 15 minutes away. They were very helpful and supportive when our flight was cancelled and provided as a room day later than our booking, because we couldn't come in time because of the cancellation. I love the hotel and hope to stay there in future.

“Good location, very comfortable, highly recommend”
The hotel is very close to the airport, and the free shuttle was extremely convenient. It is on a dirt road, however, I liked how it was in a quiet spot, and I never felt unsafe, even as a young(ish) woman travelling alone. Breakfast was as you'd expect in Ethiopia - a mix of things - but totally fine and fresh. I also ate dinner in the hotel and it was lovely. The beds were comfortable, and it was nice to have a fridge in the room too.

“Perfect”
Everything- i will always stay here going forward! - punctual complimentary airport shuttle - room was ready immediately when we checked in at 8am - very spacious room with kettle - very very clean - excellent location next to the airport and city - excellent wifi - staff were so helpful and nice. Airport shuttle waited for us even though our flight was delayed by almost an hour. On day of arrival hotel kept InTouch through WhatsApp- very convenient.
