“Fabulous stay”

It was a fabulous stay at The Hub with a quite environment and friendly staff. I met Mr Gashaw at the reception and has made my stay exceptional. The water tubs have excess pressure, the lifts are functional with options, the restaurant is great with dishes of your choice, the room cleaning is excellent. The location of the hotel is very ideal in relation to the airport. Walking distance and their shuttle is also there for free. You can also roam around Addis with in your reach from the hotel. Every thing is within walking distance and a very safe area. I happily recommend it for a quite stay.

A great city boutique hotel, very charming. Located in an exciting area, with bars and restaurants, but still rather quite. Decent food. Lovely staff, especially the front desk staff and Silas, the guest relations manager.

The breakfast had a reasonable choice of food. The waiters/cook were always available for any extra questions/need. The airport shuttle from hotel was tailored to my time which was very convenient. I also liked the fact that the lobby had a few TV screens showing sports channels which was not the case in a hotel I stayed in previously. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a street with a number of options for eating out. The street is a bit busy though. The hotel is less than ten minutes from the airport.

The staff were really amazing, kind and friendly, except the spa lady. Good food. The hotel is big, very nice and has good internet. I ended up staying a month.

Room was large with nice views of the city. Location was good 5 mins from the airport and some bars and restaurants locally.

Review of the HUB Hotel in Ethiopia I had an excellent stay at this hotel and I would like to express my complete satisfaction. The manager and the head of security do a remarkable job from start to finish. At the slightest issue, they are present, responsive, and caring. I am also very satisfied with the entire team, especially Mr. Gosaye Abdi , and I would like to warmly thank Abaynesh lemme , who is in charge of the rooms. She is a wonderful lady who takes care of guests like a mother. The hotel is very well located. Breakfast is complete, varied, and absolutely nothing is missing. The bed is very comfortable, and the room is spotless and very clean. Finally, I would like to commend the entire security team, who are simply amazing. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to enjoy a pleasant and worry-free stay.
