Very bad customer service, we booked 3 rooms, and paid but receptionist wanted to sell our room to someone else. Almost sacked us from the hotel, meanwhile they had received our payment, they were very rude. But we made sure they open the response from booking.com from their end and it was clear they have received the money.

“All round experience was good”
The airconditioner cannot be adjusted, I got hot during the night. Also the announcements from the terminal unfortunately cause the second room I had also to be a bit noisy when I was trying to fall asleep .

“Very good expeience, just the coffee could be better”
Very conveniently located and well managed. The AC did not work properly and the temperature in the room was around 25 degrees C. The breakfast was good and offered a lot of choices, just the coffee is an improvement area for international guest. While Ethiopia is known as a coffee producing country with a distinct coffee brewing tradition, the taste of the "authentic stuff" is something not everyone can stomach.
