This is my second week here at Sapphire, my experience in the first week was somewhat mediocre but after I have had a chat with one of the managers(a female) things have improved massively in the second week and I’m very pleased that my earlier feedback was acted upon immediately hence my higher rating. Surely the managers specially Kidist- sorry if I haven’t spelt your name correctly do read customer review and act on it. Overall, really great hotel and very clean everywhere with one of the best WiFi in Addis. Thanks all. Surely will be back for me.

“Good hotel with potential to be amazing with few more changes”

Great hotel it just lacks friendly staff, management needs to provide more training for their staff. The hotel has the potential to be excellent with its great facility but it just lacks really caring staff. Also their WiFi is really strong and consistent throughout the building- great benefits if you have to work.

They arranged for my pickup from the airport without me needing to ask. Very clean rooms and general area. I went for a standard room and it was really spacious. Staff were super nice. The breakfast was buffet style and really good. Balanced variety. It’s really close to the airport.

The airport transfers were smooth and professional. Overall, the chauffeurs and general staff were courteous, responsive, and consistently delivered genuine, professional service.

Extravagant. An array of breakfast choices and the way the staff tend to you, will have you feeling like a VIP. 24/7 room service, duty care calls and cleanliness being up to the highest standard leaves no other choice. Experience was so good had to come back in a couple of hours after I got rejected for my flight 😂 Thank you, Sapphire Addis Hotel!
