The staff were exceptional in delivering their services. From the front desk, restaurant team, the chef, QC Mgr(Addis) and Salem( she offered me the special tea to take care of my flu.) That was great. And the breakfast was really good, simple and tasty.

“Planning to stay again if i come to addis ababa”
Breakfast was good, with fresh foods and bakery. Personnel of hotel was kind, friendly and proffesional. Especially Ms Alem at reception was clearly explained all details and also during the check out.

“Horriific”
The first room had a shower leak. The second room we were moved to on the seventh floor was traumatic. The window shattered open when we tried to open it causing injuries and cuts and all we got was an apology from the hotel & an offer for a free meal and a massage. It was handled poorly
